Paula and David should have written the book on “How many ways to be an amazing photographer and videographer” Paula and David are one of THE best photographers/videographers in Myrtle Beach, SC. Paul and I cannot express enough our gratitude for Paula and David. First, they were hired by Paul for the surprise engagement and were incredible at pretending to be doing a social media shoot so I wouldn’t figure things out. Not only are Paula, David and their team so friendly and fun, they made us feel “at home with family” when we would meet and while they took photographs. They exceeded our expectations, and our engagement photographs and video were so remarkably special that they came along for the journey and captured our wedding at Atalaya Castle. They know how to capture precious moments without disruption and the quality of their work is outstanding. When we or family and friends look at our wedding videos and photographs, we are moved beyond words. Every moment comes alive again for us.

Where to even start?! Paula is an absolutely incredible photographer! She photographed my engagement photos, bridal portraits, and wedding day. Of course my husband and I were both a little nervous before the engagement session but Paula made the photoshoot SO fun and made us feel so comfortable. And it shows in the pictures! We were not afraid to be ourselves around Paula which is exactly what I wanted in a wedding photographer. We brought our dog Henry to the engagement session and Paula got the best pictures of us with our pup! (she even took portraits of just Henry!!!) The bridal portrait session will always be one of my favorite wedding related memories! The time spent with my Mom, Paula, and her mom was priceless. We had SO much fun and Paula kept me laughing and made me feel like a queen. She is truly the best cheerleader ever!
She is honest and I could tell that she truly wanted me to look my very best in every single picture. She would run up to me before taking a photo to move one teeny hair, would tell me when I looked stiff, or needed to lift my chin up, etc. She took her time in making sure I was comfortable and relaxed which I appreciate SO much because getting a digital album with hundreds of photos of just you is a little terrifying.. but I am not lying when I say I loved every single one.
The wedding day was no different. Paula had the entire wedding party laughing all day long. I never got tired of taking photos on the wedding day because it didn't feel forced or too formal, it was actually so fun! We are SO excited to get the wedding day photos back because the sneak peeks we have seen are to die for.
Most importantly Paula is such an amazing person and I am SO thankful that we chose her as our wedding photographer. I loved every second spent with Paula and cannot thank her enough for being so kind, fun, comforting, encouraging and for being such a memorable part of the best day of my life! I will be reaching out to Paula for all future photography needs and am so happy to have her as a friend! I truly cannot recommend her enough. I LOVE YOU TONS PAULA! xoxo
