It did take a little while to receive my sons photos. They were worth the wait. Excellent. To receive grace you have to give it. I would recommend.

Pictures were wonderful. Picked this vendor because he offered to sell negatives at a VERY reasonable rate!

Awful awful awful!! I don't care if your only other alternative is your iPhone AVOID this guy!! I got married on the fly and didn't have time to find a real photographer. The prices were way too high for his mediocre photos. The pictures came a month late and he had put in a note saying that he had LOST one of them but didn't include any kind of refund. Tried to contact but to no avail. This guy is a fraud and a waste of time and money!!!!

This man is a kruck. My father paid $65 for a graduation pictute, which I didn't know about 2 days later. Mind you I never took the picture. My dad gave me the riciept and I misplaced for about amonth. I found it and contact him right away. He didn't answer so I left a message. He finally got back to me like 3 weeks later and told me I could come to his studio or go online and find something I liked that I cold purchase with the $65. I told him I would look online because his studio was to far from me. I went on the next day and didn't find anything I liked. I called him back and left a message telling him that I just wanted to get reimbursed back. I didn't here from him. So I txt him and told him again. He txt me back two days later saying ok to give him a week to send the money out, I said ok. This was in August of 2014 and now it's a year later August 2015 and he still keeps telling me the same bulls hit story. Give me sometime. He's a horrible man. And the sad part is that it's only $65.

I took some graduation pictures in November of 2009 with Paul Switzer and I have not received them. It has been 3 months since my graduation and it is hard for me to get a hold of him. I have called him on numerous occasions and he will not return my calls nor will he give me a answer to when I will be receiving the pictures. this man is no good!!!!

We got married in September 2005 and we hired Paul Switzer because he had photographed my sister's wedding in 1998. Unfortunately, it was a vastly different experience. We paid for our photos when we booked him, which of course, he cashed right away. The day of our wedding he informs us that he overbooked and had to leave early, so he brought in a substitute photographer half-way though our wedding booking. The substitute did a MUCH better job that Paul. Then, it took about 3 months to get our wedding album because after repeatedly calling and getting the same run around, I threatened to sue and he admitted that the had used the money we paid to pay for a previous wedding and so he didnt have the money to process our pictures. He also told me that he could not get the wedding album that we requested because the vendor would not send it to him because he owed them too much money also. Finally, about 3 months later we received our photos. Even 10 years later, this is still such tragedy to me. I would hate for any other bride to have to go through this!!!
