Lara was amazing to work with. She’s easy to communicate with, and is always responsive and kind. She was able to execute our wedding cake vision flawlessly, the cake looked more beautiful than the inspo pictures we provided and not only was it stunning, it was DELICIOUS!
She also went above and beyond delivering our cake day of to the venue, and worked with them directly on delivery details which really took any added stress off of us which was amazing. I can’t recommend her enough and can’t wait to work with her on any future sweets needs!

Phenomenal
Of all the vendors we used for our special day, the one we absolutely constantly talk about and would 100% choose again is Lara. I offer no exaggeration when I say that she was the perfect choice and was able to deliver a delicious cake for us and her professionalism is the highest level you can imagine. When our venue delivered a curve ball to us and wouldn't allow us to serve our cake in the traditional way, she worked with us and found a solution for our guests to enjoy her bakes. She is so kind and responsive to messages that you just do not get from traditional store-front bakeries. Honestly, 10/10 cake and person to work with!

Exceptional!
We're so thrilled with Lara's work! She bakes a beautiful and delicious cake and was able to make our vision come to life. We were so impressed with how she was able to work our florals into the cake, making it so photo-worthy. Lara's work is stunning and we could not be more pleased.

Stunning and Scrumptious!!
Lara was truly amazing!! She was so responsive, provided great guidance, and was just as sweet as her cake! I shared an inspo photo with Lara and she 1000% nailed it, I was stunned by the results! We selected chocolate and chocolate buttercream and coconut and chocolate buttercream and both were super delicious and moist. I would highly recommend Pastries by Lara for any event!

Hire her for your wedding!!
Lara's so sweet, creative, flexible, and an amazing baker! Out of all my vendors, she was the easiest to keep in touch with - responding in a timely manner and with clarity! She provided such a sweet and personal tasting, and she was impeccable with the final delivery of her baked goodies for our wedding!

Highly recommend
I highly recommend Lara. She did such a great job with the desserts for my baby shower. The two-tiered cake was beautiful and so delicious, and my guests raved about the assortment of small desserts (macaroons, cake pops, blueberry mousse, etc.). Not only was Lara very responsive and easy to work with, I could easily trust her to carry out my vision. Based on some inspo pics, she was able to bring to life a dessert table that was exactly what I was hoping for. If you have a budget, she's also willing to work with you and is very reasonable about prices. Thank you, Lara!
