Exceptional!
We're so thrilled with Lara's work! She bakes a beautiful and delicious cake and was able to make our vision come to life. We were so impressed with how she was able to work our florals into the cake, making it so photo-worthy. Lara's work is stunning and we could not be more pleased.Pastries by Lara's reply:

Of all the vendors we used for our special day, the one we absolutely constantly talk about and would 100% choose again is Lara. I offer no exaggeration when I say that she was the perfect choice and was able to deliver a delicious cake for us and her professionalism is the highest level you can imagine. When our venue delivered a curve ball to us and wouldn't allow us to serve our cake in the traditional way, she worked with us and found a solution for our guests to enjoy her bakes. She is so kind and responsive to messages that you just do not get from traditional store-front bakeries. Honestly, 10/10 cake and person to work with!Pastries by Lara's reply:

Lara's so sweet, creative, flexible, and an amazing baker! Out of all my vendors, she was the easiest to keep in touch with - responding in a timely manner and with clarity! Stunning and Scrumptious!!
Lara was truly amazing!! She was so responsive, provided great guidance, and was just as sweet as her cake! I shared an inspo photo with Lara and she 1000% nailed it, I was stunned by the results! We selected chocolate and chocolate buttercream and coconut and chocolate buttercream and both were super delicious and moist. I would highly recommend Pastries by Lara for any event!Pastries by Lara's reply:

Lara was amazing to work with. She’s easy to communicate with, and is always responsive and kind. She was able to execute our wedding cake vision flawlessly, the cake looked more beautiful than the inspo pictures we provided and not only was it stunning, it was DELICIOUS!
She also went above and beyond delivering our cake day of to the venue, and worked with them directly on delivery details which really took any added stress off of us which was amazing. I can’t recommend her enough and can’t wait to work with her on any future sweets needs!Pastries by Lara's reply:

Lara is amazing!! My husband and I recently had a mini wedding ceremony since our big wedding was postponed due to COVID-19 and when I called her to make a last minute wedding cake for our mini reception, she was there to save the day! She puts the customer first always, asks for every detail from taste to appearance, and delivers the most delicious cakes ever! It arrived in perfect condition and my guests couldn't get enough of it! The whole cake was eaten by the end of the night. I HIGHLY recommend Pastries by Lara for any occasion!Pastries by Lara's reply:

Delicious & beautiful cake
Lara was super easy to work with. We contacted a few different bakers but the decision to work with her was very clear. We did a cake tasting of 3 flavors - two standard and one that Lara custom created for us. We ended up going with the funfetti and it was delicious! The cake decoration design we wanted wasn't very complicated, but she executed it flawlessly and worked with our florist to add fresh flowers and our cake topper - it looked amazing! We asked Lara cannoli filling, vanilla flavour cake. It was delicious, not too creamy (I was obsessive about this issue), she delivered just on time.
I asked for fresh flowers, she added. I got a lot of compliment for the cake. Thank you so much Lara for making my most special day nicer...

Lara has been incredible time and time again for any of my events. She made the most beautiful cake for my engagement party and then again for my bridal shower. Not only were the cakes gorgeous, but they were delicious too! So many times we've eaten beautiful cakes at functions but they don't taste good. Lara's cakes not only look amazing but taste amazing. She was able to create my dream look for my cake and made it even better than I had pictured it.
She also made the desserts for my dessert table. They included chocolate covered EVERYTHING, Nutella braids, cookies, cake pops, cupcakes, and a bunch of other delicious goodies. Best choice we ever made!Pastries by Lara's reply:

Lara helped create my vision into a reality when designing my dessert table. The guests were so shocked by the beauty and the amazing taste of all her goodies! My cake was so perfectly made, it was exactly what I wanted... I really couldn't have been any happier! Even my husband was in awe. I highly recommend Lara. She did such a great job with the desserts for my baby shower. The two-tiered cake was beautiful and so delicious, and my guests raved about the assortment of small desserts (macaroons, cake pops, blueberry mousse, etc.). Not only was Lara very responsive and easy to work with, I could easily trust her to carry out my vision. Based on some inspo pics, she was able to bring to life a dessert table that was exactly what I was hoping for. Amazing service!
Lara is amazing! I called her for my micro wedding about 3 weeks before the wedding! She responded very quickly. She was extremely knowledgable and really helped make our vision come to life! Where do i begin?! From my bridal shower, to now baking cakes and pastries for my baby showers, Christenings, kids birthdays, Gender reveals, the list goes on! It’s always a hit whenever i order my cakes from Lara! You can always tell when people love what they do and put their heart and soul in baking, and customer service, Lara is that person! Literally my go to for all events!
