We used Calandra’s Bakery in Caldwell for our wedding cake in November 2025. They worked with us to pick the perfect cake for our celebration. Their tasting process was so easy and fun! Our guests we so impressed with the taste and appearance of the cake. We loved how it turned out, from the icing to the flowers and the filling, it was a perfect wedding cake for a perfect night. Our cake was included with our venue and we chose Calandra’s. We had a private tasting of all the available flavors about 2 months before the wedding. Aisha helped bring our vision to life with inspiration pictures and it looked amazing the day of! They were very easy to work with. We can’t wait to eat the top layer in a year!

Everything was great. From the tasting to the day of. We did a private tasting, which was nice so we could be honest with each other without feeling like they were sitting there listening to us. They helped us pick the cake design that we wanted and everything was easy to arrange. Our guests loved the cake!

Calandra’s bakery made a custom wedding cake for my wedding at Hudson House on October 19th, 2024. The cake was absolutely amazing!! The cake was gorgeous and so delicious as well. Additionally, we had a bit of a mishap on the day of our cake trial—we got lost and ended up arriving 30 minutes late. We felt awful, but they were so kind and gracious about it, and still gave us a warm, welcoming experience. The cake tasting itself was a highlight of the process, and the service was top-notch.
