Pass The Bar Event Services provides event planning, catering, photo booths, and rentals that will transcend a lasting impression at every corporate event and private party. Our company also provides TABC certified bartenders, servers, hostess, bussers, and bar backs at your convenience.

Pass The Bar Event Services specializes in signature cocktails and candy buffets. Bartenders will provide all bartending tools and equipment such as shakers, jiggers, ice buckets, muddlers, towels, cutting board, coolers, beer and wine opener. We can provide drink dispensers, glassware, margarita machines and non-alcoholic beverages for an additional cost.

Pass The Bar Event Services day of coordinating services start 6 weeks prior to your wedding day. Three in person consultation meets and unlimited email and phone consultations are included. Our coordinator will take over final details of wedding duties. One coordinator and 1 assistant will be provided on your wedding day.
