Wow! From finish to end, Inventive Events really blew it out of the park. We already had our venue and photographer by the time we realized we were in way over our heads and let me tell you...Inventive Events made everything flawless once we hired them to help us plan the rest of the wedding. When we first started looking for the venue and vendors, vendors were slow to communicate and hard to get a hold of, plus the venue quotes were all over the board. Once we hired Inventive Events though, they were so quick to respond, helpful with great information, and always answered our questions on time. They made everything so much easier and really helped make our vision come to life. I am so impressed and grateful to have such a beautiful memory for my husband and I too look back on. I recommend them over any other vendor we had worked with, even when we had my sister's wedding 4 years ago.

Lexi and her team worked so well for us, and our family. Lexi was a great listener and helped me know exactly what to expect and taught me alot while we planned our wedding. She was very helpful and creative. Even when I felt like sometimes I was going crazy with my own wedding planning stuff I was doing on the sidelines. She was always in a good mood and willing to support. I definitely recommend this company, Lexi and her team. We got married on 2/20 and couldn't be happier with how our engagement and day went, thanks to Inventive Events!

Tiffany and Lexie were my day of coordinators and WOW! These two women worked their butt off to make sure the day went as smoothly as possible and it DID! I had little to no stress thanks to them. Booking Inventive Events was one of the absolute best decisions we made. They were so responsive and easy to work with. We did most of the planning and work ahead ourselves and booked Inventive Events for day of help, but they helped so much more than just the day of. Our coordinator, Tiffany, was so awesome and proactive. There is no way our wedding day would have gone so smooth without her and her assistant. They were absolutely amazing. Please, if you're having a DIY wedding, please consider booking at least a day of coordinator and preferably Inventive Events. It took so much stress off of us and our immediate family; we were able to actually just enjoy the day with our guests instead of worrying about the caterers, the cake, the florist, etc.

Lexi is awesome! If I ever renew my vows, I know who I am calling! Inventive events is where to go when it comes to wedding planning. She was there from almost the start to finish. She grasped my visions and brought them to life! She’s very flexible with meeting and phone calls. She’s the best of the best. Thank you Lexi and team for making a dream day a reality. From start to finish, Lexi did a great job coordinating our wedding. She recommended the florist I hired and offered very affordable support hours that were used for meetings and loooots of help before the actual 6-week coordination started. Even outside of the support hours, she was available to answer my hundreds of questions and make suggestions which really helped me out. I had a ton of grandiose plans, and I wasn't sure she was going to have any idea what I actually wanted when it came down to the final weeks. Fortunately, she's super detail-oriented, great at listening, and just crazy smart, so I was floored by the end result! She is SO dedicated to seeing things through. If you have to set up a tent, by the way, you should definitely ask her to be there to oversee it. Just trust me. We had to set up three, and I would have lost my mind if she wasn't there busting her butt ALL DAY to make it happen. There were a lot of last-minute adaptations a few days prior to and even on the wedding day that she and her team (I think Karen and Jacob?) took care of. Since I was out getting my makeup and hair done, I wasn't there to witness the day-of setup, but my in-laws cannot say enough positive things about the way she and her team powered through (Lexi -- if you coordinate events other than weddings, my in-laws are interested! Haha). There is NO way I would have had the incredible wedding I did without her!

Where can I even start. This company from start to finish was amazing. I really thought I could do it all on my own but gave up after I couldn't figure out catering. Luckily by then I came across Inventive Events from another wedding I was at for my cousin and saw how great that wedding went. Once I hired Lexi, her and her team answered every question I had and helped me so much in making some of the biggest decisions. They thought of every detail and made it a really fun experience. I talked to 10+ wedding planners when making my decision on who to hire, and I ended up hiring Inventive Events because they were so professional and the most reasonably priced. Lexi and the team at Inventive Events were the best hire we made for our wedding. The only regret we had was honestly not hiring them to do MORE for us. We had them come on 6 weeks before to start coordinating, and they took care of everything from there. I mean everything. Every tiny detail we had missed, they thought of an took care of it. At some point, we were having some push back from others with the timeline, and Lexi was able to step in and mediate everything because she's just that much of an expert. Judging by how stress-free they were able to make our final 6 weeks, I cannot imagine how easy the entire process would've been if we had hired them to do everything. "Worth every penny" isn't really enough of a compliment because they were worth so much more - truly invaluable and I would recommend them to everyone I know.
