The best of the best!

Wow! From finish to end, Inventive Events really blew it out of the park. We already had our venue and photographer by the time we realized we were in way over our heads and let me tell you...Inventive Events made everything flawless once we hired them to help us plan the rest of the wedding. When we first started looking for the venue and vendors, vendors were slow to communicate and hard to get a hold of, plus the venue quotes were all over the board. Once we hired Inventive Events though, they were so quick to respond, helpful with great information, and always answered our questions on time. They made everything so much easier and really helped make our vision come to life. I am so impressed and grateful to have such a beautiful memory for my husband and I too look back on. I recommend them over any other vendor we had worked with, even when we had my sister's wedding 4 years ago.

Top Notch Service!

Lexi and her team worked so well for us, and our family. Lexi was a great listener and helped me know exactly what to expect and taught me alot while we planned our wedding. She was very helpful and creative. Even when I felt like sometimes I was going crazy with my own wedding planning stuff I was doing on the sidelines. She was always in a good mood and willing to support. I definitely recommend this company, Lexi and her team. We got married on 2/20 and couldn't be happier with how our engagement and day went, thanks to Inventive Events!

Best Coordinators ever!

Tiffany and Lexie were my day of coordinators and WOW! These two women worked their butt off to make sure the day went as smoothly as possible and it DID! I had little to no stress thanks to them. Thank you so much Tiffany and Lexie for helping make my day so amazing! I highly recommend inventive events!

Best decision ever

Booking Inventive Events was one of the absolute best decisions we made. They were so responsive and easy to work with. We did most of the planning and work ahead ourselves and booked Inventive Events for day of help, but they helped so much more than just the day of. Our coordinator, Tiffany, was so awesome and proactive. There is no way our wedding day would have gone so smooth without her and her assistant. They were absolutely amazing. Please, if you're having a DIY wedding, please consider booking at least a day of coordinator and preferably Inventive Events. It took so much stress off of us and our immediate family; we were able to actually just enjoy the day with our guests instead of worrying about the caterers, the cake, the florist, etc.

Best wedding planner of all time

Lexi is awesome! If I ever renew my vows, I know who I am calling! Inventive events is where to go when it comes to wedding planning. She was there from almost the start to finish. She grasped my visions and brought them to life! She’s very flexible with meeting and phone calls. She’s the best of the best. Thank you Lexi and team for making a dream day a reality. I don’t think it will be done with out you.

Absolutely Amazing Coordinator!

From start to finish, Lexi did a great job coordinating our wedding. She recommended the florist I hired and offered very affordable support hours that were used for meetings and loooots of help before the actual 6-week coordination started. Even outside of the support hours, she was available to answer my hundreds of questions and make suggestions which really helped me out. I had a ton of grandiose plans, and I wasn't sure she was going to have any idea what I actually wanted when it came down to the final weeks. Fortunately, she's super detail-oriented, great at listening, and just crazy smart, so I was floored by the end result! She is SO dedicated to seeing things through. If you have to set up a tent, by the way, you should definitely ask her to be there to oversee it. Just trust me. We had to set up three, and I would have lost my mind if she wasn't there busting her butt ALL DAY to make it happen. There were a lot of last-minute adaptations a few days prior to and even on the wedding day that she and her team (I think Karen and Jacob?) took care of. Since I was out getting my makeup and hair done, I wasn't there to witness the day-of setup, but my in-laws cannot say enough positive things about the way she and her team powered through (Lexi -- if you coordinate events other than weddings, my in-laws are interested! Haha). There is NO way I would have had the incredible wedding I did without her!

AMAZING! Thank you Inventive Events

Where can I even start. This company from start to finish was amazing. I really thought I could do it all on my own but gave up after I couldn't figure out catering. Luckily by then I came across Inventive Events from another wedding I was at for my cousin and saw how great that wedding went. Once I hired Lexi, her and her team answered every question I had and helped me so much in making some of the biggest decisions. They thought of every detail and made it a really fun experience. Me and my whole family recommend them! Thank you Lexi and Hannah!

Absolutely amazing

I talked to 10+ wedding planners when making my decision on who to hire, and I ended up hiring Inventive Events because they were so professional and the most reasonably priced. Lexi and the team at Inventive Events were the best hire we made for our wedding. The only regret we had was honestly not hiring them to do MORE for us. We had them come on 6 weeks before to start coordinating, and they took care of everything from there. I mean everything. Every tiny detail we had missed, they thought of an took care of it. At some point, we were having some push back from others with the timeline, and Lexi was able to step in and mediate everything because she's just that much of an expert. Judging by how stress-free they were able to make our final 6 weeks, I cannot imagine how easy the entire process would've been if we had hired them to do everything. "Worth every penny" isn't really enough of a compliment because they were worth so much more - truly invaluable and I would recommend them to everyone I know.

As a mother of the Bride, working with Lexi and her team was a marvelous time. They were knowledgeable, extremely helpful and professional at all times. The experience they bring to the planning table was a benefit to our family from day one. Her ability to guide us through each decision was above par and made a complicated task such as planning a wedding in to fun meetings and amazing support. They always had everything under control and I am grateful that we had the chance to work with them. I highly recommend their company!

We didn't get the coordination package from Lexi since my aunt is a Coordinator from Florida and brought in her team to help for the day-of, but we did book with them for 2 consultation meetings to help us get going on wedding plans. She gave us really great advice you can't find online, vendor recommendations for vendors in Houston, and helped us set a realistic budget because I was WAY off on what I was thinking prices were for weddings. We hired Inventive Events for my daughter's wedding and they were so amazing throughout the entire process!! Our guests continuously gave compliments to me and my husband all night at the wedding! We promise we're coming back for when my son is ready to get married!

We’re the lucky couple that found Inventive Events and Lexi right when they opened their doors. Lexi was our wedding planner and we had the pleasure of being one of her first weddings! I have to say we were a bit nervous at the time to be one of the first weddings for Inventive Events, but it was more than an amazing experience, it was truly what we needed and were looking for, plus more. My husband and I both have demanding jobs, neither of us are good at planning parties/events or have any clue on pricing/budgets of a wedding. Lexi was well organized and came to us for each meeting, including once a week during the last months. She negotiated with our venders, worked out contracts and I’m positive saved us quite a bit of money. She listened to exactly what we wanted, gave us advice on how to achieve these things while staying within our budgets. Lexi’s day of coordinating was beyond helpful! She kept our family and friends in check with a smile and wrangled our photographer when she was off slacking. If it was not for Lexi, we would probably have had the worst set of wedding photos and that would have been devastating. I cannot say enough about how professional, timely and knowledgeable Lexi was at the time of our wedding; I can only imagine how much more experienced she is now, since it’s been 2 years. The only down fall I would say is Lexi sent lots of documentation of meeting notes and follow ups- which I know I should love because that means she is on top of things- so maybe it is more my down fall- I had a hard time keeping up with the reading. But all in all, she stayed well on top of the whole thing and everything planned out exactly the way we discussed. Our wedding would not have been as successful if it wasn’t for Inventive Events and Lexi. Much gratitude, Lexi!

She was always on top of everything, even after Harvey in which both of our homes flooded!

I met Lexi at the Bridal Extravaganza and I am so glad I did. I booked Lexi for Day of Coordination and it was the best decision I made, the only better decision would have been to book her for full service coordinator. She took over a large amount of the stress off starting a month away, doubling checking with all vendors, making an on sight venue overview, coming to the rehearsal, answering all my emails and taking care of a lot of the little pieces that even the most organized bride could forget. I had bumps in the road, such as losing our caterer 2 weeks out, the venue becoming inflexible with seating, and getting married 3 weeks after Hurricane Harvey and not knowing what vendors could still perform. Lexi took these tasks on herself and made the weeks before my wedding as stress free as possible. She is absolutely AMAZING. My husband and I said several times to each after the wedding how happy we were that Lexi was there to coordinate it all. Several of our guests even told us later how great our coordinator was. She even offers the service of helping collect all items at the venue once the bride and groom send off- this was a huge convenience for me, as I hate to see weddings were the bride has a fake send off only to have to come back inside and clean tables. To all brides reading this, if you are on the fence about a coordinator, get one and make sure it’s Lexi! She went over and beyond everything we could have asked for. I am a huge planner, but on the day of my wedding it was just nice to relax and soak the day in, letting someone else be in charge of the timeline and background agenda. Lexi and her team that day was on top of everything, it definitely would not have run as smooth with her!!!!!!

I worked with Lexi for my wedding on 9/17/17. I couldn't be happier with the way everything was handled! Originally I was looking for a coordinator that would be hands on with decorating (I was on a tight time schedule having an afternoon wedding.) Lexi stated that she could be as hands on as I needed her to be and she definitely came through on wedding day! She made the last month of planning so easy and answered every question I had no matter what. She even worked on my event through all of the flooding she experienced with Harvey!

I would 100% recommend Lexi and her team for any future brides!

Lexi is SO on top of everything! Even though we had the venue & the caterer already contracted, there was so much more to be done that my daughter & I really didn't realize. Lexi is always available for phone calls, emails, text, etc. She has kept us on time & on budget which is something new for my daughter! I couldn't own my own company & try to plan a wedding without her help!

We truly enjoyed working with Lexi at The Gallery. She very sweet, professional, and did a great job at coordinating The Gandara's wedding. Lexi was great with communicating with us to help make the bride & groom's day perfect.

As a wedding vendor, Lexi Snyder from Inventive Events was an absolute dream to work with. She is professional, organized, and makes sure that the event is seamlessly executed. Her priority is to make sure the bride, groom, and their families are happily enjoying the event and she takes care of all the other hiccups that may occur, without the clients even knowing. I loved working with Lexie! I had no idea what I was doing while planning my wedding. She walked me through every single detail of my wedding. Lexie would answer all my questions. Anytime I had a question or wanted to address something with her, she would make time for me. She always made me feel like I was the only bride she was servicing. She went above and beyond my expectations. She was my day of coordinator, but I truly believe her services where those expected from a wedding planner. I loved her attitude throughout the planning. She truly made sure that every single detail was perfect. Although we had some hiccups with other vendors, Lexie made sure to fix it promptly and discretely. She was my best investment for my wedding! You can't go wrong by hiring her!!! Thank you so much Lexie! You were a blessing on my big day!

The wedding planner took the time and made sure that all vendors were on point from beginning to the end of the wedding. She went above and beyond to make sure the bride and groom were very happy. She even made sure all the vendors picked up all their belongings. I highly recommend her for any of your event.

Lexi was incredibly, organized, professional, and responsive. I was on the fence about booking a day-of-coordinator, since it's certainly an additional expense, but Lexi's rates were very reasonable and the service was completely worth it. She made the month leading up to the wedding extremely simple and struck the perfect balance of communicating enough without overwhelming me with details. There were a number of times I emailed a random thought about a small detail only to hear that she'd already taken care of it. I'd recommend her to anyone planning a wedding!

I hired Inventive Events for my wife because she was getting overloaded with her job as a RN and started to struggle to take on most of the wedding plans since I’m in the military. It was the best gift to give my then-fiance ever! Married and going on 2 years now. Happy to provide a great recommendation for Lex.

We used Lexi Snyder from Inventive Events back for our wedding in 2011. I'm excited to see she's now doing this full time. She was so fun to work with. The only thing is that she's in high demand, so you really have to book her about 6-12 months in advance. Her pricing is fair between the other 3 quotes I got and her quality was really good. She takes pride in her company and was always respectful and helpful! I highly recommend her.

Me and my fiancé scheduled a meeting and on the day of our meeting Lexi not only was a no show but she didn’t call ahead of time to let us know she’d be late or ask to reschedule. If you can’t even make the first meeting yet alone let them know you can’t make it or running late how can you depend on them planning your wedding.
