Overall, we had a great experience with Partopia rentals. We rented tables and chairs from them for a backyard wedding. When we went in to sign the rental contract, the staff was very friendly and willing to show us the size of tables and actual chairs so that we could get an idea beforehand. Their website was easy to use with prices readily available which I appreciated. We were able to book fairly last minute and had no problems with availability although I had a brief scare when confirming the order and they asked if they could substitute a different size table. But when I told them this would not work because we had limited space, they came through and everything was exactly as ordered so we didn't have any problems there. The delivery was quick and easy, and they showed up right on time although we had to call for a time frame ourselves. They were flexible in delivering a day before the wedding so we had time for set-up and they came to pick everything up the next day for a single day rate so that was helpful. Overall, we were happy we went with them--and rates seemed competitive for the area.
