I used Pappas Catering for my wedding. I'm over a year late with my review, but to this day my guest still talk about how great the food and service was. Darren and his team went above and beyond to make sure everyone was served and that everything was cleaned up. Darren communicated with me constantly throughout the planning process. On the day of my wedding he met with the venue and coordinators. It was all ran flawlessly. I definitely recommend Pappas Catering for your wedding and or any event.

Pappas Catering Dallas is Amazing. Julie Blum our Coordinator was 5 DIAMOND status and her team was not only professional but gave my husband, myself and my guest excellent service. We set a menu forn75 to 80 people and our guest list went to 96 total. Julie amazingly worked this out to where we never ran out of food. The food was fresh and excellently made. Cheese and Fruit tray, Herb Crusted Chicken, Cedar Plank Salmon, Grilled jumbo Asparagus and Garlic Mashed potato's. Cheese cake bites and large chocolate chip cookies. The presentation of plating was portioned properly and my guest had no complaints at all. The assigned bar tenders were amazing and the clean up was properly done quickly. I will continue to use Pappas Catering in Dallas always. Julie Blum you ROCK!!!!

We loved Pappa's Catering. For our reception we went with Pappas Bros., their steak restaurant arm of the business, and everything was delicious. We had five appetizers, filet mignon and chicken (with all the sides) for the main course and margaritas and their signature sangria. Everything was absolutely wonderful, and the staff was professional, courteous and efficient. In planning, my main contact Darren Stover was super responsive, flexible and very nice. I never waited more than a few hours for an email reply from him, and I value responsive tremendously. We loved our Pappas Bros. experience. Hire them. You won't be disappointed!
