  I used Pappas Catering for my wedding. I'm over a year late with my review, but to this day my guest still talk about how great the food and service was. Darren and his team went above and beyond to make sure everyone was served and that everything was cleaned up. Darren communicated with me constantly throughout the planning process. On the day of my wedding he met with the venue and coordinators. It was all ran flawlessly. I definitely recommend Pappas Catering for your wedding and or any event.

  Pappas Catering Dallas is Amazing. Julie Blum our Coordinator was 5 DIAMOND status and her team was not only professional but gave my husband, myself and my guest excellent service. We set a menu forn75 to 80 people and our guest list went to 96 total. Julie amazingly worked this out to where we never ran out of food. The food was fresh and excellently made. Cheese and Fruit tray, Herb Crusted Chicken, Cedar Plank Salmon, Grilled jumbo Asparagus and Garlic Mashed potato's. Cheese cake bites and large chocolate chip cookies. The presentation of plating was portioned properly and my guest had no complaints at all. The assigned bar tenders were amazing and the clean up was properly done quickly. I will continue to use Pappas Catering in Dallas always. Julie Blum you ROCK!!!!

  We loved Pappa's Catering. For our reception we went with Pappas Bros., their steak restaurant arm of the business, and everything was delicious. We had five appetizers, filet mignon and chicken (with all the sides) for the main course and margaritas and their signature sangria. Everything was absolutely wonderful, and the staff was professional, courteous and efficient. In planning, my main contact Darren Stover was super responsive, flexible and very nice. I never waited more than a few hours for an email reply from him, and I value responsive tremendously. We loved our Pappas Bros. experience. Hire them. You won't be disappointed!

  WONDERFUL... the best catering there is... they cook right at the venue and make sure everything looks over presentable and all staff is sweet and will help anyone.

  Pappas catered our outdoor Wedding Reception with Onsite Grilling, the food was amazing and the staff was Incredible!!! We could not have made a better choice and our guest have not stopped talking about how Wonderful the food and service was! We would use them again over and over.

  Wonderful service and set up and clean up! Guests said bar service was superb. Food was very tasty. We were very pleased with their catering.

  Great vendor.. some hiccups

  The catering was great up until the point of arrival to the venue. My parents had called them the night before just to touch on some final details. They had stated they would bring their own tables. When they arrived they were under the impression that we were going to provide the tables, luckily we had 1 large table left to accommodate them but if we hadn’t it would have been a disaster. The food was delicious, but one negative is that they did not provide hot sauce or quest inside. We had a cocktail hour outside, so they left the food outside. Guests were having to go outside for salsa and queso if they wanted it on their fajitas. Another selling point was they cleaned up all the plates (off the tables) and also cut the cake for us! Would recommend but would probably call the day of to make sure they are bringing everything they agreed to.
