Cindy is fantastic. Not only was she patient with us while we made tweaks and decisions, but she was able to customize our entire meal. We decided to do stations with a taco bar, a bbq sliders bar and a salad bar. We got a few hors d oeuvres and even rented a few high top tables. We also added large soft pretzels for a late night snack. She doesn't have them on her catering menu, but had done them before and just asked her food service if they could supply her with the pretzels. I'm so excited and cannot wait for our wedding. Cindy is amazingly helpful to work with! She is SO knowledgable in the food service industry- as I described my wedding and venue, she provided many different options! VERY reasonably priced for planning on a budget. My guests loved the appetizers and how quick the servers were at bringing out food and clean up at their tables.
