Awesome service and seamless process! My husband and his groomsmen looked so great on our wedding day and Our Place made sure they had everything they needed. They were even able to accommodate last minute changes as 3 of the groomsmen flew in for the wedding only a few days prior, but it still had everything needed for the wedding. Could not have asked for more from John and the boys at Our Place! My husband and I could not thank them enough, but THANK YOU!

Only tux place that let me try on various tuxedo's for my wedding. Other companies wanted me to pick tuxedo's out of a catalog and cross my fingers that I liked it the day before my wedding!!

We wanted a certain look for our wedding, and Our Place was able to help us get it. Mike was extremely helpful and able to fit us in with a very small amount of time, and all the men in our party looked amazing! Definitely would recommend for any formal event.

Ordered tuxes on 8/30 and was told they'd reach out in 10 business days to schedule the fitting. 6 weeks passed and we called multiple times. On one occasion, we were rudely told the tuxes were still not in. We tried again and again and they didn't answer, so we left a very concerned voicemail and was never called back. Store finally called 8 days before my wedding, by which point we went with plan B and told them we didn't need the tuxes anymore and they HUNG UP ON US. We called back and they said "they didn't have time to deal with it" and we'd have to come to the store to get the deposit back. Absolutely horrific customer service for what should have been an important part of the wedding experience.
