THE FIRST DRESS I TRIED ON WAS THE ONE I GOT!
I did try on 3 more after just to make sure but they were so attentive , the designer was there when I went and the dress was spectacular

I had the most amazing experience! I'm from Maryland but noticed the Jacksonville location carried Tom Sebastein dresses, and since I was planning to visit Florida in December, I decided to check them out. From the moment we reached out, their communication was exceptional every step of the way.

When we visited on Sunday, Maddy helped us and even took us in early. She had all the dresses I requested ready to try on and went above and beyond to make the experience special. She thoughtfully set up a tripod so my mom could join via FaceTime, allowing my future MIL, who was with me, to enjoy the moment without holding the phone. Maddy was beyond a pleasure to work with--so kind, patient, and genuinely sweet. Her kind-natured approach made me feel completely comfortable, and she never once made me feel annoying, even when I had to try dresses back on multiple times or needed adjustments. She was always there to help me change and adjust things with such grace and professionalism.

Maddy truly made the experience exceptional, and I ended up purchasing my dress! Even after the appointment, when I had a follow-up question about something missing with the dress, Olivia contacted me exactly when promised after the holidays and arranged for it to be shipped.

I'm so glad this was my first and only bridal shopping experience. I had initially contacted another shop that carried TS dresses, but their lack of communication was a big turnoff. I'm thrilled I didn't have to go there and instead chose to support such a wonderful bridal shop.

If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would! Maddy and the entire team made the experience unforgettable, and I cannot recommend them enough.

I tried on a ton of dresses but ended up finding the one at One Bridal. Everyone here is wonderful and so nice and accommodating. I had a really hard time selecting a dress and they helped me through the process. I never felt rushed or pressured. Overall fabulous experience here!

One Bridal was the most amazing experience. They were all extremely nice, professional, and helpful. The boutique has a large selection of beautiful dresses and the stylists and manager were just absolutely the best!

The One Bridal team was amazing from the first try on to the final fitting. Not only are the dress selections gorgeous, but the team feels like your biggest cheerleaders. During my first visit, I wasn't set on a certain style. Nicole was patient, not pushy and pulled styles that I didn't even consider trying on. I never worried about "time" or that I wouldn't find something that I liked. I ended up finding a dress that I absolutely loved and felt amazing in on my wedding day. Robin was equally as amazing when it was time to get my dress altered. She helped to customize straps for my dress that looked gorgeous. SO thankful for the One Bridal team! Thank you so much!

Everyone was so nice and helpful. When I got my dress it was supposed to be in October. We decided to move the wedding up due to COVID. They made sure my dress was ready and made sure I had time for alterations. Thank you!

I LOVE THEM. The whole experience was welcoming, warm and kind. We picked out dresses and they helped me get into each one, gave suggestions on how to personalize the dress more to my taste and cried right there with me when I found my perfect dress. They have stunning dresses and if you are looking for a genuine, warm, and fun experience to find your perfect gown, this is the place!

Olivia at One Fine Day Bridal Salon was wonderful to work with. She had me explore different styles to insure that I had the chance to see other styles on before making a decision on what I liked. She also listened to my descriptions of what I wanted in a dress and she was able to find me the perfect one! Olivia is very passionate about what she does and also creative. She inspired me to create a custom dress combining two aspects that I loved from two different dresses to form one unique piece that I absolutely love. One Fine Day Bridal is a beautiful salon with many different styles to choose from. They really care about their clients and give them personalized attention. Olivia made my experience stress free and I would recommend this Bridal shop to everyone! I am originally from the Jacksonville area but I have been living in England for the past year. They worked well with my schedule while I was in town visiting to get all my fittings and alterations done and their communication while I was abroad put me at ease. Very highly recommended.
