I did try on 3 more after just to make sure but they were so attentive , the designer was there when I went and the dress was spectacular -

I tried on a ton of dresses but ended up finding the one at One Bridal. Everyone here is wonderful and so nice and accommodating. I had a really hard time selecting a dress and they helped me through the process. I never felt rushed or pressured. Overall fabulous experience here! -

The One Bridal team was amazing from the first try on to the final fitting. Not only are the dress selections gorgeous, but the team feels like your biggest cheerleaders. During my first visit, I wasn't set on a certain style. Nicole was patient, not pushy and pulled styles that I didn't even consider trying on. I never worried about "time" or that I wouldn't find something that I liked. I ended up finding a dress that I absolutely loved and felt amazing in on my wedding day. Robin was equally as amazing when it was time to get my dress altered. She helped to customize straps for my dress that looked gorgeous. SO thankful for the One Bridal team! Thank you so much! -

Everyone was so nice and helpful. When I got my dress it was supposed to be in October. We decided to move the wedding up due to COVID. They made sure my dress was ready and made sure I had time for alterations. Thank you! -

I LOVE THEM. The whole experience was welcoming, warm and kind. We picked out dresses and they helped me get into each one, gave suggestions on how to personalize the dress more to my taste and cried right there with me when I found my perfect dress. They have stunning dresses and if you are looking for a genuine, warm, and fun experience to find your perfect gown, this is the place! -

Olivia at One Fine Day Bridal Salon was wonderful to work with. She had me explore different styles to insure that I had the chance to see other styles on before making a decision on what I liked. She also listened to my descriptions of what I wanted in a dress and she was able to find me the perfect one! Olivia is very passionate about what she does and also creative. She inspired me to create a custom dress combining two aspects that I loved from two different dresses to form one unique piece that I absolutely love. One Fine Day Bridal is a beautiful salon with many different styles to choose from. They really care about their clients and give them personalized attention. Olivia made my experience stress free and I would recommend this Bridal shop to everyone! I am originally from the Jacksonville area but I have been living in England for the past year. They worked well with my schedule while I was in town visiting to get all my fittings and alterations done and their communication while I was abroad put me at ease. Very highly recommended.

Had the BEST experience at One Fine Day! The girls we worked with were super helpful and kind - not pushy at all like so many other bridal stores. You could tell they honestly just cared about you finding the right dress for you.
Beyond that, I went to 4 stores across Jacksonville, and One Fine Day has the best selection of affordable dresses BY FAR! Highly highly recommend this place! -

Ginny helped me find my dress at One Fine Day. Before coming to One Fine Day I had been to several shops and couldn't find what I was looking for and didn't want to spend a fortune. Ginny helped me pick out several dresses and was very patient. I liked that she gave her input and used her expertise to help me decide if I should go with ivory or white. As soon as I tried on the dress I knew it was the one I had been searching for. I loved that I was able to get all of my alterations done at the shop and the dress fit me perfectly! It was my favorite shop out of all the ones I went to, they were accommodating and attentive. -

Allie Sent on 11/06/2017One Fine Day Bridal made my dress shopping experience perfect! Right when we walked in, we were welcomed with champagne and smiling faces. I had a larger group than normal but they accommodate all of our needs. They went above and beyond and were so personable! I felt comfortable with the staff and was beyond pleased with how they treated my friends and family. Right when I said “Yes to the dress” they immediately grabbed us all champagne to make a toast! Since I was the last appointment of the day, they stayed longer than normal so we could enjoy every moment of the special day. They didn’t rush us out or make us feel like a burden. I would recommend them to everyone!!

Everyone who works at One Fine Day is sweet and welcoming and definitely focused on the customer. I have already recommended a few people to One Fine Day, and they've found their dresses there too! This place really is like hitting the jackpot. -

I went to several shops and definitely had the best experience here!! I felt very comfortable and Olivia was very attentive to my likes and needs. She kept my budget in mind and even let me come back again a few days later to look again! She took me as a walk in both days and really listened to what I was looking for. I would recommend this salon to any and everyone! It was and amazing experience!! -

Due to work travel, I was having an issue scheduling pickup. Olivia called the owner, who came in on a Monday, to let me try the dress on again before I went out of town. Love, love, love this salon! -

I loved my One Bridal dress. I managed to find one I loved off the rack just wanted to add spaghetti straps to it. I decided to use the in house seamstress and that's where the issue was. My straps didn't make it to the reception before one of them broke.
My sister used her for her bridesmaids dress to get hemmed and that to was done poorly.
I am saddened that it didn't stay the way I paid and wanted my dress to be. Luckily the dress was gorgeous before and fit me perfectly that I didnt have to worry about the crummy job done by the seamstress.
That being said. Highly recommend One Bridal just dont use their seamstress.👍 -
