Olivia shot our engagement & wedding photos and holy cow she is insanely talented and such a joy to work with. We're two people who have never had professional photos done before and weren't super familiar with being in front of a camera, but Olivia made the entire process so easy and fun for us. Not only is she a lovely human with a warm personality and easy demeanor, she also has amazing vision for capturing everything from the big moments to the details in a way that is so candid, dreamy, and authentic. We hired Olivia for our wedding after she did a fantastic job photographing our friend’s wedding. We couldn’t be happier with how our photos turned out. Before the wedding we had a few calls to discuss our backgrounds, wedding details, desired aesthetics, particular shots, etc. During this Olivia was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I got a real sense of her passion for photography and her experience of wedding photography. She also took the time to understand us as a couple and what exactly we were looking for. She gave us insightful recommendations and guidance as well and offered a roll of 35mm film which we thought was very unique. Olivia also came to meet us in-person a few months prior at the venue to discuss location shots and final details. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were all fully prepared for the big day.

On the day of, she was extremely calm, focused, organized, and punctual. She knew exactly where she wanted to take photos for family, portraits, first looks, etc. She was able to wrangle in my 3- and 4-years old nieces for some photos as well! Olivia made me, and my husband feel very comfortable throughout the day, plus we stay on schedule! She kindly directed us in some poses and other times let us act natural, so we’d have a combination of posed and candid shots. We now have wonderful memories to look back on all thanks to Olivia. She is an expert at artfully capturing precious moments that will be cherish for a lifetime!

Olivia has a calm, relaxed-but-in-control approach that was so reassuring to have throughout our wedding weekend. Olivia was amazing to work with. My husband and I first met her for our Fall engagement shoot when we were both very uncomfortable in front of a camera. But with Olivia’s easy going and fun personality and creative photography ideas were hugging and kissing and acting like lovebirds in front of the camera in no time!
From our engagement shoot to our wedding day, Olivia was always quickly responsive to anything we needed. She was super open to all of my ideas on what I wanted to get on camera on our wedding day. We held our wedding on my parent's property and I had planned everything myself. That means that I did not have a wedding planner or anybody the day of to make sure things ran according to plan. I was very fortunate that Olivia stepped in on that regard! We had met before the wedding to go through the day’s timeline, and not only did Olivia complete all of her photography duties, but she helped the day run smoothly and kept me on track the entire day! She was honestly a lifesaver.
I was so happy with the final product from Olivia. Only a few days after the wedding we received beautiful sample photos from her that held us over until the entire gallery was finished. Now that I have the complete photo gallery, I have littered my entire house with wedding photos! I cannot get enough. She made our wedding day look like a fairytale. If anyone has had any doubts on using Olivia as your photographer, this is a sign to book her immediately! You will not be disappointed.

Working with Olivia has been an absolute pleasure! We worked together at our Wedding Part 1/Elopement in June 2020 and with Olivia and Mike at our Wedding Part 2 reception in November 2021. For our June 2020 Wedding Part 1, Olivia travelled to the Lake George NY area for our ceremony. She was extremely helpful, professional, and reminded us to make it official and sign our marriage license! 😊 Olivia was very accommodating when I asked her to take photos afterward in the Lake Placid NY area and hike to get the photos. We went through different hike options and her input made for the best pictures! It was a very special day and we were so happy to share it with Olivia!

We had the pleasure of working with Olivia Nadel and second shooter Mike at our wedding part 2 in November 2021 - it was an absolute blast!! They effortlessly took care of getting all of the moments of the day on camera for us to cherish for years to come! We were so happy to have them with us and make us feel at ease during it all.
