Olivia is the absolute best wedding planner I loved her so much!!! She helped me find vendors and the location. She always gave me affordable options or swaps for things I couldn’t afford and she just made it work! She kept me on track throughout the whole planning process with checklists and timelines. And best of all on my wedding day I didn’t have to lift a single finger. She and her assistant were absolutely amazing and took care of every last detail. Everything turned out gorgeous and my wedding day was so stress free and I have her to thank for that. Thank you Olivia for making my wedding dream a reality ❤️ I am forever grateful to you

Olivia has shown above and beyond what I expected in a coordinator. Not only was she attentive and timely with her responses, she really made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process. She didn’t just plan one wedding for me, oh no, she helped me frantically cancel my first wedding with 2 days to spare due to my husband and I getting Covid, and REPLAN my SECOND wedding. Making sure all of our venders were notified and on the same page for the second date was not an easy task, not to mention a few add ins and changes I threw at her. When the big day finally came she made sure that EVERYTHING went as smoothly as possible.
Oh, and did I mention that she is sweet as pie?! I couldn’t be more grateful.

I cannot recommend Olivia enough! I wanted a very small wedding and i had trouble finding a wedding planner that would listen to me and help me put my wants into reality. Olivia did just that! And let me tell you… she delivered! She is well priced, she is responsive and caring! She created all of my wedding signs! I cannot thank her enough and I cannot recommend her enough!

My first wedding plans were canceled due to covid, but thankfully I booked with Olivia two months before my wedding date. Olivia went above and beyond her Day of Coordination duties by accompanying me to site visits and planning sessions. She made planning under pressure less stressful with little reminders or simply checking-in. On my wedding day, there were still many loose ends that needed to be handled, and Olivia volunteered to come in early to help. Our wedding was perfect, and the day felt seamless under her coordination. I would highly recommend Olivia. She is professional, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful!

Fantastic! As a wedding Officiant, I love coming to a rehearsal and wedding and having everything in place and taken care of and all planned out so things run smoothly without a bunch of stress and anxiety! Olivia creates such an atmosphere!! She is a joy to work with and puts everyone at ease. I wish I could do every wedding with her!!
