We are so honored to have restored a Landmark building formerly the Republican Club. It has been a long dream and a seven year construction project to perfect every detail and preserve this NYC landmark which was designed by the prolific architect Henry Haugaard.s. The Colonial Revival style façade stood the test of time since its birth in 1908. The Monument that once welcomed presidents like Theodore Roosevelt, Harry Truman, Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford and Ronald Reagan is now revived into a venue like no other that is worthy enough for our guests and its Landmark history.

Unbelievable venue

If I was able to give this place 6 stars I would gladly do it without a second thought. The restaurant is a great venue/restaurant. The owners were very helpful and guided us throughout the process of booking a table for the number of people we had at the perfect date and time. They have 2 floors. The lower floor is more club-oriented and modern. The Dj was good he balanced out a lot of different types of music so everyone would have a good time. The food was top-notch. they have so many different options and the ones I ate while I was there were delicious. I enjoy the chicken and lamb chops the most. But they have great sushi, salads, and fish. the service was great as well. anything you needed would be brought to you quickly. the servers always made sure your plate and glass are always full. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to do a birthday, anniversary, wedding or any special occasion.

What an amazing night!!! But first let me take you on a small journey on just how we got here......

From the moment we sat down weeks earlier to leading up to the actual day. Trying to plan this very important birthday party with all the moving parts can be very overwhelming ....But with the patience and professionalism of the Oligarch party planner Marina, it made the expierince not only calm and enjoyable but very accommodating on every level. Every detail was spoken about from the ceiling lighting, right down to the style of table decorations. She nailed our thoughts and direction without it feeling like we were being pushed in directions we didn’t want to go. We had very specific details and every one of them were met. The night went off without a hitch and our guests were contacting me days later talking about how they can’t stop smiling and sharing funny moments thru out the party. All that was due to the Oligarch staff for being on call, at hand thru our but respectful to our party. Food, music, drinks.....PERFECTION!!! Can’t wait to our next big important parties...They have us for life!!

Honestly, I would give it no stars if I could! The food was barely there and whatever was on the table was not edible! I ordered the apple martini from the bar and felt like I was drinking sour apple juice, ordered another one and asked to make it stronger yet they still gave me a sour apple juice, worst part is each drink cost me $13 plus tip! If this place wants to act like an upper East Lounge, please learn to make drinks like they do on Upper East side! I figured whatever, food is awful drinks are watered down, let me at least listen to a good song and dance, I come up to a DJ and ask for a song and he tells me that each request is at least $20! Dear DJ, I am so sorry that I may be causing you carpel tunnel syndrome by typing in a two word name of a song. Basically the owners spent so much money on the interior decor that they are now compensating for it by overall low quality food, drinks and service! I definitely don’t want to end up here again!
