If you value communication and timeliness - would not recommend. We were so excited when we found Olga's work. We loved her style and had a great call with her. She was flexible around covid rescheduling, but took a long time to reply to our request to schedule bridals (part of the package we booked) and then asked us to do them in two days. It was really fast but still worked so we did it. The bridals she shot for us were GORGEOUS. Editing and shooting were great and she made us feel so comfortable. So, we were still excited to have her at the reception.
HOWEVER - After our wedding day she went radio silent. When she finally did respond to my email she sent a link to our digital album (two months post reception, fine even though she told us the week after that they would be done in three weeks). However, it included ~200 fewer photos than our package + contract outlined. Plus, they were edited a little differently than our bridals, and made our faces look weirdly colored (either really white in my case, and overly tan for some of my other family, ugh). The first two photos attached are from engagements and the second two are from our wedding day and you can see how different our faces look (in the last one I look like a ghost and my mom looks SO tan (she is not that tan)). When I asked about these issues Olga didn't respond. I also asked about the USB delivery, which was also outlined in the contract/package. I sent her multiple follow-ups through email and text over the course of two months - no response. She finally responded and let us know she had an unexpected illness and said that the prints and USB would be mailed in 10 days. We were thrilled to hear back from her and so sorry that she had an illness (something we can all understand, especially these days!). We said if she did need more time just to keep us updated. After that, we didn't hear back again for two weeks. I sent a text message just checking in and again got no response. Totally ghosted! I followed up two weeks later ( in case it was another personal situation) and no response. It has been two months since then and six months since our wedding. I'm so sad that we received fewer photos than we contracted for, and never received the contracted USB either. If she just communicated and followed through it would be fine.

I could say a lot more, but all I really need to say is that Olga never sent us our print-quality photos via thumb drive after our wedding on 6/19/21 (after telling me 2x she was about to do so).. We got the digital versions, but not the high-res ones for printing. I have sent countless emails/social media messages/ phone calls with zero response. Bride beware!!
