Old Orchard Inn was amazing. They were incredibly responsive and flexible for all my little requests, Judy was great in planning everything, and the price was more than fair. The food, was AMAZING. Just what we pictured, all our guests said it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. It's one of our favorite restaurants for a reason. We'll always be return customers. Highly recommend Melissa, Judy, and everyone at Old Orchard Inn!!

Friends of my parents, we had a full two bars at our venue from the Old Orchard. They were extremely nice and everyone was very happy with selection!

The food was plentiful. Served family style. Everyone liked the tenderloin. I wasn't a big fan of the chicken but you can't have everything. Appetizers were excellent.

Melissa and her team went above and beyond my expectations and put together a wonderful reception. The tables were beautifully decorated. Melissa was very flexible with the menu and planning. We had an absolutely beautiful spot for our ceremony on the property as well. The food was amazing, even cooked for a large group. An excellent venue for a wedding!

It's hit or miss with Old Orchard. The food is outstanding - one of our favorite restaurants. My husband and I really liked the idea of being married here because we could come for dinner each year on our anniversary since it's a restaurant and not just a banquet facility. The grounds are very pretty - gazebo next to a pond, mature trees, nice outdoor dining space.

However, the banquet manager at the time overpromised and underdelivered. From what I understand, that person is no longer at the restaurant, so perhaps things have changed. Some of the things that were promised included washing the gazebo prior to our ceremony (bird droppings and pine needles needed to be cleaned), mowing the lawn so it looked fresh and tidy (it wasn't)...those type of things. Oh, and something they couldn't help was we had a good amount of rain the week before the wedding, and there was a hint of a septic smell on the day of our ceremony. There wasn't anything they could do, so we couldn't complain about it that day. We had to get over it and move on with our day.

One week prior to the wedding we went to the venue to pay the balance - we asked what the total amount due was, and then we cut a check according to the figure they provided. However, the day of my wedding as I am getting dressed in the room provided on site, the banquet manager approached me and said that they needed more money from us. They didn't add the tax into the amount they told us, and they need a check before they let me walk down the aisle. Talk about ruining a moment. And they provided the amount, and they erred, and then to approach me as I'm getting ready and telling me I can't get married unless I pay them more was just terrible. Very unprofessional.

But the meal was great, our guests loved the venue, and we had a wonderful wedding. The little details that they promised weren't as significant when I was standing in front of my new husband.

Overall - I'd go there for dinner, but I'd seriously think twice about planning a big event there.
