Absolutely Incredible
Where do we even start to try and explain how great Susan and her team at Old Daley are. They are incredible. Finding a catering team was a very difficult experience for my wife and I. As soon as we met Susan at Old Daley, we knew right away we had found the team for us. We had no idea what we were doing or supposed to be looking for. Susan was there with us every step of the way, through one of the most daunting planning experiences we've ever been through & she did it with kindness, patience and with genuineness - she actually cared how this was going to turn out for us.
We could go on all day about how great the food was, because it was incredible. We are still getting calls about it! Everything was just as good as it was when we went for the tasting. The entire team who worked our wedding day were some of the funnest and hard working people we've been lucky enough to interact with - all of our guest said the same thing. They all could have been guests at the wedding and would have fit in perfectly!
Susan was so attentive - she didn't miss a single thing. She even noticed that my wife I didn't eat any meat during the reception! She constantly checked in on us & that was more than we could have ever expected!
If we could do it all over again, we would do it a million times over with Susan and her team at Old Daley!

Amazing food, amazing price
We ordered through their ABC menu with three side dishes. We got so much food for the price we paid and it was amazing! Highly recommended!

Old Daley was Amazing!
Old Daley did an amazing job catering our wedding! We worked with Susan and she was professional, easy to communicate with and detail oriented. Susan even helped run the event which was amazing! All of the food they served was delicious and fresh. We loved working with Old Daley and would recommend them to any others looking for great service and great food!

Wonderful Service and Food!
I am VERY late in writing this, but I just wanted to take a moment to talk about how wonderful our experience with Old Daley Inn Custom Catering was! We are both wedding photographers and have been to quite a few weddings and so we were EXTREMELY picky and Susan and her team helped us get everything we wanted. From our signature cocktails to lobster macaroni and cheese... they made it all happen. Our guests raved about how good all the food was and we are so happy we went with Old Daley Inn! Thank you Susan and team!!

Effortless perfection
Susan at Old Daley and her crew were AMAZING! From start to finish, EVERYTHING was taken care of and our wedding was PERFECTION! We felt so comfortable and at ease with Susan and we are so grateful that we chose to have our wedding at the Old Daley on Crooked Lake. We joked that “We were just going to show up” and enjoy ourselves and with Susan’s help, that is exactly what we did! We did not have to worry about anything and Susan took ALL of the stress out of the wedding planning process. She is prompt, accommodating, flexible, detail oriented, hard working, honest, funny, kind, warm, knowledgeable, and professional. She was a pleasure to work with from start to finish and we cannot thank her enough! She has been successful in the event planning business for years and has a wealth of knowledge-she knows all of the tips and tricks that we had never even thought of which was invaluable!. The food was amazing, the venue was beautiful, and the Old Daley staff were all top notch- I could go on forever about how excellent everything was... If we had to do it all over again, we would not change one thing!

Susan Minehan of Olde Daley Inn did such a fantastic job in planning my Daughter's Wedding. She is so easy to talk to, confident and very intuitive. She eased all my worries and made sure that everyone had a spectacular evening. She did an outstanding job in guiding us through the entire process. We love Susan and we highly recommend her for your event. The food was out of this world and all the guests are still raving about how wonderfully delicious all the food was. And the grounds at Saratoga Polo were immaculate and provided a gorgeous backdrop for pictures. Thank you Susan!!!

We loved working with Old Daley! The food was delicious and working with Susan and her team was great! She took care of everything and made the whole planning process much easier. She also played the crucial role of organizing everything and keeping the different pieces aligned at the wedding which was a huge help, as my husband and I were busy talking and visiting with people. I would highly recommend them!
