Based in Asheville, North Carolina, Officiant Danny is a professionally trained life-cycle celebrant, non-denominational minister, and wedding officiant. He helps couples begin their new chapter through the celebration of their union. Specializing in custom-created, one-of-a-kind ceremonies, Danny beautifully narrates couples' love stories. His ceremonies are highly personalized, bringing forth the laughter and the tears, evoking sweet, tender feelings and light-hearted moments, balancing sacred moments with big smiles.
Officiant Danny is happy to perform many kinds of ceremonies. These may be non-religious or religious, spiritual, same-sex, interfaith, or multi-cultural ceremonies. By working directly with clients, Danny helps turn these moments into something cherishable and memorable. He gets to know the couples that he works with, discovering the details that make ceremonies something truly special along the way. With Officiant Danny, couples always have the final say on what is included in their ceremonies. Options that may be added into a ceremony are wedding rituals such as unity candle lighting or sand ceremonies or handfasting, the couple's family or cultural traditions, songs, passages, and the participation of loved ones.

Danny officiated our wedding and it was absolutely perfect! He really took the time to get to know us and added an amazing personal touch. He was always there responding to questions I had no matter the time of day. I got so many compliments at our wedding about what a great speaker he was. I would definitely recommend him for anyone. He made our day perfect!Sent on 06/01/2021
Officiant Danny's reply:Kristen – this was my first time officiating at Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens and I can see why you chose the venue; it’s filled with so much natural beauty. I loved re-telling your love story in your wedding ceremony and presiding over your marriage. I know your big day was a long-time coming, and I’m honored you chose me to be a part of it. It was indeed, the perfect day. Wishing you, Adam and your son a lifetime of happiness.

Perfect, Adventurous Ceremony
Danny gave us the perfect ceremony. We eloped on a mountain trail on NYE! He was very professional, friendly, and really cared to create the perfect ceremony for us.Sent on 01/13/2021
Officiant Danny's reply:Hannah - the beautiful spot you and Logan chose in Blowing Rock was worth the hike and the perfect setting to see you two cross the threshold from your engagement to marriage! I'm so happy I got to officiate your wedding. You and Logan are a great couple with all the foundational elements for a long, healthy and happy marriage. You two have a beautiful love story with the ending nowhere in sight! All my best to you both!

Danny is amazing! Not only did he save our elopement by stepping in a week before the big day after our original officiant canceled on us, but he wrote the most wonderful ceremony! Not only was it personal but it was beautiful, lighthearted, and funny as well. He made our day perfect and put everything we felt towards each other into words. We could not have asked for a better person. He's quick to respond, and cares about your vision for your ceremony. We cannot recommend him enough!!Sent on 10/27/2020
Officiant Danny's reply:Dana – Black Balsam Knob is one of the great outdoor locations in the Asheville area to get married and I was delighted you and Jon chose me to write and officiate your ceremony. A joy meeting you both, and a joy presiding over your celebration of love, friendship and commitment. So glad your family members could attend, who clearly were filled with much joy seeing you two get married. May all good things in life be yours!
