My husband and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the level of care we received from Diane at Off On Vacation. Traveling in the age of Covid wasn’t easy for anyone, and Diane definitely kept things real with us. When she realized we weren’t going to be able to go where we initially wanted, she came back with a destination that was even better. And we had the experience of a lifetime! We’re so grateful for Diane and intend to use her for every trip we plan in the future. What a life changing experience!

Worry free? Well, generally when we travel I have to do all the damn planning myself. That means while I'm ensuring that everything goes as smoothly as possible, everyone else has a great time and I'm busy planning, calling, arranging, etc. What that means is, as a consummate plan maker (My wife might tell you that I have a plan for everything), I grew up hearing, "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail." I also frequently overheard my grandfather say, "When you plan for nothing, that is what you get." When our friend Kim mentioned a cruise on the Danube, I was hesitant, but she assured me that the group would be employing a professional travel agent. My last trip to Europe in 2013 was spent running around trying to make sure that everything went smoothly. I cannot begin to tell you how nice it was to let someone else handle the logistics. And she did. It's a good thing too because Diane was on the cruise with us! Rest assured, if anything had gone scattiwumpus, I would've told her about it! I'm pleased to say that everything went smoothly. The cruise was fantastic, the hotel accommodations were great, transfers, airlines... all Worked without a hitch. I was, pleasantly surprised. I do write reviews of things generally, but most of the time these are predominantly negative. Except this time. I would most definitely take another trip planned by Diane or with Diane (provided she did the planning).

Booked our honeymoon to Anguila, including flights and an amazing state at Cuisanart. Lots of little specials were added in!

We know she has lots of clients, but we felt like she always pays special attention to us, and we've even booked another vacation in 2016 with her. We highly recommend her!

I had never used a travel agent, we decided to because this was our honeymoon and wanted everything to be perfect. We got more then we thought we would. The resort we were sent to was top notch and never would of found it ourselves. A plane was changed and Off on Vacation took care of it for use, no questions asked! My husband and I experienced a wonderful honeymoon in Ireland 2 days after our wedding. Im not the best planner, so planning a wedding was pretty overwhelming for me and fully planning a trip out of the country was out of the question. We were recommended by a friend to contact Off on Vacation Travel. We told Diane our budget and what we were hoping to experience and see. Once we ended our phone call, I didn't expect a call for atleast a couple days. She called us back within an HOUR with our whole 8 day honeymoon planned!
