About Ocean Landings Resort Venue & location

Ocean Landings Resort has it all! This private wedding and reception venue is located directly on the beach in world famous Cocoa Beach, Florida. Walk down our private boardwalk onto the sand and say your I do's on the breathtaking Atlantic Ocean. Afterwards dance the night away in our well- appointed reception space. You and your guest will be able to enjoy the oceanfront views one day and Disney theme parks the next or perhaps set sail from Port Canaveral only 10 minutes away on a luxury cruise ship.

Resort Style Accommodations and Discount Stays

Your wedding will become more than just a wedding to attend. You'll create memories while your family and friends stay at our laid back beach resort. We offer oceanfront condo style rooms and off ocean hotel suites, along with group discounted room rates you won’t find anywhere else. While staying here everyone will enjoy our resort amenities and fun activities. Our resort offers two sparkling pools, and a fitness center. We also have for your enjoyment an activity center, video arcade, , five star restaurant & comedy club, not to mention every water sport you can imagine from surfing to fishing, kayaking. Actually there are just too many to mention!

Event Venue Space & Capacity

Ocean Landings Resort venue is an indoor air-conditioned single story open event space. No stairs to climb, ample free parking. This private space includes a dance floor, round tables, cake, food and buffet tables and chairs and clean up. This private venue will accommodate 80-90 guests and is ideal for smaller more intimate events.

Great experience

The event coordinator Ann is great! She was wonderful from the beginning. She was available to talk to us and clarify any questions we had and she showed up at the wedding, that was nice. We definitely recommend this vendor. She made our wedding planning smooth and stress free.

The Perfect Wedding venue!!

We had our wedding here at Ocean Landings. What a perfect venue! Ann and the rest of the events staff were absolutely amazing!! She helped us through every step of the process! She even helped us work through a hurricane, which happened just a couple days before the wedding. The Ocean Landings events team truly went above and beyond through every step of the wedding process. They accommodated us in every way. I couldn't be any happier with the wedding venue we chose! Also, such an amazing value! Budget friendly was a bonus. Thank you times a million! You really helped make our day special!! Don't walk to book this venue, run! The only thing negative I can say is that a couple of the front desk workers were not very friendly, but we all have bad days I suppose!

Reception venue

We loved having our reception at the banquet hall. The tables were set up for our guests and for the groom and I. Christine even helped us with some beachy centerpieces! By the way, Christine was awesome to work with. She made sure we were happy with the setup.
We had more than enough room for our 30 guests. There is a dance floor in the middle of the room that was perfect.
We also had a ocean view suite to stay in as part of our reservation of the ballroom. It was awesome! Everything we needed and very clean. More than several of our guests also had rooms at Oceans Landing. I was pleased to find everyone was happy with their rooms. I am grateful this venue was able to take care of all my needs for my wedding day: from a place to have the ceremony on the beach, nice clean rooms to accommodate my guests, and a reception hall to party. They even had a smaller “party room” available to rent for a rehearsal dinner.
10/10 would hire again!

Perfect place for a wedding

From the rooms the night before the wedding to the beach ceremony and the ballroom, Ocean Landings was the perfect place for our perfect day! We had many out of town guests and locals that stayed at the resort, which made for a non-stop celebration. OL provides great rooms and amenities all updated. Tables, chairs, full kitchen all included with the ballroom rental.

The perfect spot for a beach wedding!

We celebrated our wedding this past weekend at Ocean Landings Resort and it turned out great! Not only was the venue perfect the people who work there are amazing! Christine the marketing manager was so easy to work with on every detail of our wedding. We had 65 guests with a ceremony on the beach and a reception in the banquet room. The team at Ocean Landings Resort had everything ready on time and it looked beautiful. We were on a tight wedding budget and they have very affordable options to choose from. We will definitely book another event here in the future!

Christine is amazing and really made our wedding easy for us. She is so helpful and accommodating and always has answers to any question you may have. The wedding was beautiful and surpassed our expectations.

Christine is AMAZING! We found on wedding wire but randomly toured one day when we were at the beach. She was so easy to work with. Had some issues with potential rain and she eased my fears. I couldn't have asked for a better site!! Love it !

After 1 year of planning, we had our wedding at Ocean Landings Resort on April 9, 2016. Christine was our contact and throughout the entire year she was always available to answer any questions and provide guidance. A lot of our guests stayed the night/weekend and all were happy with their accommodations with the exception of those that booked late (Be sure to have your guests book early and not wait until the last minute) and they gave a significant discount to our wedding guests. We used the portable bar from Gregory's and they did a fantastic job of bar tending the event. The room can hold 100 people and they set the tables up for you, you can rent the table cloths and chair covers also. You can bring in your own food (big money saver!) but warming it can be a challenge as they only have a prep kitchen with no ovens (our sternos wouldn't stay lit). The beach ceremony was beautiful and Christine not only set up the chairs we rented, but went above and beyond with decorative touches that accented the ones we did. If I had it all to do over again, I would definitely do it there!

We've had the pleasure of working with Christine, banquet room manager at Ocean Landings Resort in Cocoa Beach. Christine is dedicated to her work and easy to work with. The banquet room is beautiful, clean, and very affordably priced. Located just a stone's throw to the shoreline, brides and grooms can get married on the beach, walk to their reception, and spend the night at the resort. There is a nice catering kitchen for refrigerating food and drink, and for cleaning up. The tables and chairs are set up by the resort's friendly staff. We highly recommend Ocean Landings Resort banquet facility.
