My only unpleasant experience was with the front desk staff who were charging my credit cards and the cards of my wedding guests on check-in rather at check-out. The staff was nice and probably just following their managers orders. So I can’t say it was the staff, but rather The Hilton’s policy/decision to charge us at check-in when rather than as I was told prior by the staff at the time of booking that payment would be collected at check-out. Other than that, our wedding there was a beautiful & wonderful experience.
