The Walker Springs Events Center
The Walker Springs venue sits at the edge of our ranch near a historic Indian spring where Native Americans would stop to camp and replenish their water. It makes an attractive backdrop for our events center that has a covered lounge/bar area, seating in and outdoors for 150 and an open air - up to date catering kitchen. (very important) We have pro-sound and basic lighting for our up to date stage.
Oakland Ranch boasts 230 acres of idyllic land for couples and their guests to explore. The onsite team is welcoming to pets, to give happy couples a chance to incorporate their furry friends into their special day. Indoor gatherings can take place in the 10,000-square-foot mansion, which includes five guest suites, 10 bathrooms, and many other rooms to enjoy. Originally built in the year 2000, it features state-of-the-art smart home wiring, while keeping an atmosphere of vintage elegance for anyone who visits. Comfortable lounge furniture can be found throughout the home, with crackling fireplaces for a relaxing evening. With a game room, luxurious pool, and both dry and wet saunas, you and your entourage will have plenty of options for entertainment. Detailed crystal chandeliers hang in the dining room, which holds enough chairs for an intimate rehearsal dinner or lunch with your wedding party. Ceremonies with up to 175 guests can be held poolside in the covered outdoor patio, or in the peaceful rose garden. For couples that want a more lush backdrop, open fields with panoramic views are in abundance on the ranch. You can say your vows in front of the 12-acre lake, the breathtaking Walker’s Spring, or in front of the firepit at the Teahouse Gazebo. Parking is available at this venue, with options for a valet to put your visiting guests at ease.
As the mansion is also our home the privacy of marked areas will be strictly enforced.
Services Offered
To provide an all-inclusive experience for couples, the team at Oakland Ranch will provide photography, music, officiants, and many other vital services. Chairs and tables will be provided and set up in any soon-to-be-weds’ preferred arrangement. You will have access to an array of décor, including centerpieces, aisle runners, and a dance floor. In addition, their high-quality lighting and sound equipment will be sure to make your reception unforgettable. The team knows that each wedding is different, and will strive to accommodate each couple’s needs to make their unique nuptial vision a reality.
