The staff at Northampton Jewelry is fantastic - they are friendly and helpful, provide good advice and prompt service, and offer reasonably priced jewelry. If you purchase your engagement ring there, they give you a nice discount on wedding bands as well! They also offer a very convenient layaway program. Highly recommend!!

Sarah and the staff at Northampton Coin and Jewelry are just wonderful! I wanted an emerald cut diamond, and they did not have any in stock. They promptly ordered a coupld loose stones in for me to check out. They had no problem designing a setting around my stone. Custom work is sent to a jeweler in NYC. The turnaround was very quick. The original setting I chose I had platinum X's on the side...and after I saw it in person, I hated them! They had no problem sending the ring back and having them removed at no charge. I also got my band custom made around the diamond ring, with no trouble. My husband got a titanium band there, and we had some trouble with finding his correct size. However, they had no problem ordering and sedning back rings. If they don't have what you are looking for in the store, don't worry - they are great at custom rings and stones! They are also open later 2 nights a week and Saturday's, which is a BIG help. I HIGHLY recommend them!
