My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Stephanie and the Hitched Team at their Philadelphia location! For my engagement ring, we worked together on an heirloom redesign project. We were able to take my husband's grandmother's original wedding ring and move the diamond to a new setting. Additionally, I was able to pick out the blue sapphires and design my ideal ring setting. The end result is a prize I'll cherish for a lifetime! Additionally, both my husband and I purchased our wedding bands through Hitched. The quality of these rings is amazing, plus the designs are very stylish. Hitched went above and beyond to meet our needs and exceed our expectations!

Stephanie and Emma were both extremely helpful throughout the process of identifying what type of wedding band I was interested in, beginning with trying on different styles in their showroom, looking at additional options and dialing in sizing with their home try-on kit, and eventually with helping craft a custom design that took elements from different looks and styles I had come across. They even provided renderings of what the two-tone finish would look like and had a sample mockup of the non-standard finish made for me to approve in person before placing the order! I looked around at other shops but none provided the level of support and customization that I found at Hitched. I did not know where to start when looking for a band but could not be more thrilled with the result. I cannot thank you both enough!!

This was an awesome experience for us! We picked out different styles and sizes to try, to find out what will be the best for our liking. The sizer they send is clear to read, and the bands we chose to try were in perfect condition for being reused and refinished before each use. Very easy process to return, and we ended up receiving ours when we were leaving town, so we asked about extending our return date, and they were so understanding and extended a few days. Thank you Hitched!

This was the easiest part of wedding planning! We were sent the rings we selected to try on, my husband picked which one he liked best and then we placed our orders. On wedding night we realized his ring was a smidge too big even though we tried on ring sizes. This was no problem for hitched and they sent us the proper ring size a day later! We had even moved in between and they were still about to accommodate us! Overall a great company and super easy to work with.

We were so grateful to have found Hitched. Of course, finding a wedding band for my fiance was something we left to the last minute. I've been a wedding planner for years but I don't think I fully understood the combination of excitement, effort, and stress that goes into planning a wedding until it was my turn. When we recieved our try on at home kits we were blown away. They gave a variety of size that were replicas to the real ring. They suggested to wear them while sleeping, different weather etc. As the materials react different. They sent us exactly what we asked for and let us exchange the size. We are more then happy with there quick responses and service. Would highly recommend to those looking to try different rings out.
