Sruti is an AMAZING baker and accomplished artist. She let us customize our tiers any way we wanted. She had helpful suggestions on flavor pairings, and helped us pick a look that fit our venue and theme. She even went back to her kitchen and customized a cardamon cake for us. This lady is amazing to work with.

Our guests raved about our cake. My great aunt went back for thirds and then fourths. Many of our guests asked for her information for birthdays and other events because her cakes taste amazing, which for us was the most important part.

We wanted a VERY simple cake, but I had a chance to see her work on more elaborate cakes and her piping is detailed, her attention to detail meticulous. She was very flexible with our decorations because she had to bring the cake frosted then use the flowers we had on hand (this was at our request).

The tasting process was fun and not rushed. We got to select several flavors and she brought some bonus flavors she thought we might like based on our selections. The value for her work and the taste of these cakes was outstanding.

The final product was an almond cake with blackberry filling base, a lemon cake with lavender frosting second tier, a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache third tier, and a cardamon cake with honey frosting top. The entire thing was beautiful and just what we wanted.
