We LOVED working with Newhall Mansion and their whole incredible team for our wedding! Crystal is the sweetest, most accommodating, thoughtful human ever and made sure our whole wedding weekend was a dream come true. Their chef, Giancarlo, is unbelievably talented. The created the most amazing menu of our favorite foods and people are STILL raving about how delicious everything was. Not to mention, the mansion itself is just the absolute most beautiful, unique, special, venue. It was magical to stay in, blew our guests away, and looked stunning in all our photos and videos!

After looking at multiple venues and not falling in love with any, we found the NewHall Mansion and went to visit. As soon as we stepped our feet there we both fell in love! The place is gorgeous, and the view is breathtaking. Crystal, the Manager was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire process! Our wedding was like a fairytale! Thank you Newhall Mansion! Where do I even start.
I've been to many weddings where they're a one stop shop, providing not only the location, but many of the necessities. But this team is incredible! Their attention to detail just can't be matched in my opinion. Crystal and her team take such great care of the mansion in all it's beautiful splendor, which was the first thing we noticed when we visited. The chef there is beyond talented. We wouldn't be surprised to see him create a top notch restaurant one day.

Who wouldn't want to feel like royalty staying in such a magnificent home. It was so fun picking out the rooms for our family that came into town for the wedding. We didn't have to go anywhere. We had our rehearsal and dinner there. I got to wake up in the beautiful bridal suite which makes you feel like a princess in a tower as you can see everyone coming in for the big day! Once the party was over we continued the after party in the tavern. Then got to enjoy breakfast with everyone who stayed before it was time to pack it up.
My family and I didn't have to worry about a single thing while we were there. Thanks to them and their perfect service, we got to enjoy the day to it's fullest. And it was the best time ever!

Everything about the Newhall Mansion was absolutely PERFECT!! From the wedding planning to the actual wedding day were over the top for us and our guests. We are still receiving compliments from our guests saying it was the BEST wedding they have ever attended !! Crystal the General Manager was an absolutely WONDERFUL to work with!! Her staff attended to our every need. Head Chef Giancarlo was also OVER the TOP with his Culinary Masterpieces !!!!

We love Newhall - best venue out of the 50+ we toured. We were supposed to be married in July 2020 (booked in June 2019) and Adam, then Crystal, made sure to take care of us even with 3(!!) date changes

We finally married in July 2022, with GianCarlo executing the perfect menu! We requested everything must be vegan + no bulbous vegetables - our very Filipino family didn't even realize that the dimsum they were eating for passed appetizers were not meat/seafood based.

The day of coordinator Chelsea (service already included in your contract) was also a gem + helped guide us through the final month of craziness.

We opted to stay on site all weekend - definitely consider this option future celebrants (rehearsal dinner, wedding, after party - we did it all in one location)! We loved our house team leads (Sarah + her mom!) - they greeted us that Friday and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

Our rabbits (@princess_bun_chia) and dogs were allowed on site for the wedding and all festivities.

We cannot express our love for Newhall enough + cannot wait to celebrate future anniversaries here.

One-in-a-life time experience! So many venues are beautiful and provide a great ambiance, but rarely does a venue commit to providing a life-long, weekend long experience. Crystal and team were so kind and accommodating every step of the way. When we first walked onto the groups of Newhall Mansion, we were in love. This venue had so much of what we were searching for (the mountains, different food selection, ability to stay the weekend, etc.). We were worried it was outside of our budget but we talked to Crystal and worked on our individual package to make our dreams come true. We were allowed to come back to the site to continue to work on our vision, and had a tasting sometime before the wedding to work on our menu. The tasting was a sample of different foods but we could select anything we wanted and we did! Our guests LOVED our cocktail hour and dinner choices. Shout out to Giancarlo for the mouth-watering food!
It was awesome being at the venue on Friday, having our rehearsal dinner, and overall enjoying the time with friends and family. This created great energy going into the wedding weekend.
The venue also has so many amenities for those staying over (Wi-Fi, hair dryers, irons, towels, Keurig coffee machines, ice, etc.). Make sure you ask as you’re packing!
The team really knocked it out of the park. They made us feel very welcome and my mom couldn’t stop raving about the customer service (that is rare!).

Newhall Mansion is the best wedding venue you will find! We visited and toured 20+ venues before landing on this one. We got married here in September 2022 and it was everything we could ask for and more! Crystal was very easy going and very organized. Our guests were in awe with how professional and nice the staff was.

Chef Giancarlo really brought our vision to life when it came to the food. You are not confined to a menu and you can truly ask for whatever you want. The appetizers, dinner, and cocktails were incredible. People are still talking about the food and service they had.

Newhall Mansion was our DREAM wedding venue. Even through a couple of rescheduling dates on our end during COVID, the mansion was 100% worth the wait. Let’s start with staying there. All the rooms are amazing in their own way, and they have all the amenities you need in a great hotel. The mansion is so huge that when everyone got to their rooms, we started to lose track of where people were! On Friday, we hung out in the pool after we arrived, and we hosted a taco cart at the mansion for a casual rehearsal dinner. Guests at the rehearsal were so impressed, and it made things so stress-free to just stay in one location the whole time.

The wedding on Saturday went so well. Not having to go anywhere on our day made the day feel very relaxed. The mansion has nonstop locations for lounging and getting ready. The girls got ready upstairs in the bridal suite and the guys got ready in the tavern basement. The mansion is full of so many great spots both inside and outside to take photos, and it was great that parents and others could show up whenever to help out and they had plenty of places to get ready as well.

The event was everything we could’ve dreamed of. For catering, we used the Newhall Mansion catering and we had multiple guests tell us how good the food was. Everyone loved the appetizers, in particular the mini grilled cheese with tomato soup shooters and the chicken and waffles. Family style dinner was awesome, because everyone got tons of food, and we had some of the most well-cooked salmon and steak we’ve ever had at an event.

After the wedding, we hung out in the tavern with our whole wedding party. And the next morning, we made a big breakfast in the kitchen, so out of town family and friends could stop over to say goodbye on their way to the airport.

The mansion staff were nothing but friendly, helpful and awesome the whole weekend. They made everything really great. Truly a world class team and we are so grateful they helped make our whole weekend amazing.

From the moment we walked into this venue, it was perfect. We unfortunately had to postpone because of COVID, but Adam was amazing every step of the way. We spent two years planning our dream wedding and it wouldn't have been perfect without Adam and the entire team at the Mansion. Run, don't walk to book with them. Our guests are still raving about the weekend we spent there.
