Newhall Mansion, located in Piru, California sits atop a hillside nestled between two canyons, offering a distinctive venue from the norm. Facilities and Capacity
This Victorian Queen Anne mansion can host up to 300 event guests on the grounds. Inside, 8 guest rooms, including a top-floor 3,000sqft bridal suite, can accommodate up to 20 overnight guests. Other features include a dining room for rehearsal dinner, patio dining, historic library, ballroom, dressing room, underground tavern, complete with wine cellar, and entertainment lounge. The outside grounds feature a pool, cabanas and a firepit, as well as citrus and olive groves.

Originally built in 1890, the mansion was rebuilt to original specifications in 1983 after a devastating fire. It served as a private residence until 2012 when it was purchased and refurbished, before offering private accommodations and wedding events starting in 2013.

It might be near impossible to describe how amazing our whole experience was at the Newhall Mansion. The Mansion is gorgeous! It speaks for itself and, although the pictures available online are beautiful, it does not do the venue justice. This place is enchanting -- it’s a combination of Victorian, chic, yet rustic all in one! We can’t thank Adam enough for this glorious, stress-free experience. Other than the aesthetics of the Mansion, Adam was a huge reason why we made the decision to have our wedding here. From the very first day, his professionalism and genuine happiness for potential clients shined through in his excitement for us. Adam is a true professional that puts you at ease; he is sympathetic to the importance of this milestone in life and does everything he can to make it the best experience possible. My husband and I did a tasting at the Mansion and we were beyond pleased with Chef Theresa’s exquisite menu. People can’t stop raving about how delicious our food was; and her delightful chicken and waffles as our late night snack were such a hit with our guests! The Mansion also included a “day of” coordinator, which I do not know why they call it “day of” as they were always available with any questions, concerns or suggestions that we had. Krista, Kaitlyn and Viviana were all great to work with. A special shout out to Viviana, Kaitlyn’s assistant, who did not leave my side. Anything I needed, she provided; she did the role of “maid of honor” better than my maid of honor and was the one who held my dress while I used the restroom!!!
It’s impossible to write a review for the staff of the mansion in a short paragraph, if I had the opportunity to plan our wedding all over again, I would time and time again select the Mansion and the staff of the Newhall Mansion to be a part of our special day. Thank you again for making this the most magical day of our lives -- we are forever grateful!

A Beautiful Venue!
This venue is so stunning. We also loved that we (and some friends/family) could use the facility the entire weekend. That really took a lot of stress off the wedding weekend. The staff (especially Adam) is INCREDIBLY responsive and flexible. They are truly there to make your day go smoothly. (And they do a TON of weddings, so they know how to).

The greatest and most wonderful experience! Could not have ask for a more attentive, kind, open & professional staff. Truly went above and beyond to help create an outstanding wedding not only for us, but more importantly for our guests. Adam the house manager was so attentive and open to my ideas. Theresa our catering manager was patient and provided many wonderful suggestions. The food was phenomenal and our guests are still talking about how delicious it was. The wait staff and bartenders were unbelievable in their service and attention to detail. Krista and Jacqueline were our day of coordinators who anticipated our every need and made sure the day went on without a hitch. Everyone involved was spectacular. I cannot sing their praises enough. The single greatest decision I made in planning my wedding was picking the Newhall Mansion, the Newhall Mansion Catering and Tricia Dahlgren Events!
