Excellent food and excellent service!

New fortune (located in Gaithersburg MD) catered our wedding in Virginia, and it turned out absolutely wonderfully. Tony was always easy to reach for questions/concerns, and they were very flexible in terms of the food they offered/served to the guests. They were responsible for setting up at the venue, and it turned out beautifully. The food was of course terrific, and the value for the cost was THE best by far out of any caterer we looked at. So, it made it an easy decision. If you're looking for a vendor to cater your wedding, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Tony. He's a very easy going guy, which cuts down on the stress of planning and on the day of the wedding. Thanks again Tony for a great day!

The restaurant was completely Transformed as it has never looked before. The value and quality of food is still being complimented by my guests. This was overall such a big success.

New Fortune is a good value and provide a good amount of food and drink for the money. They were flexible in that they let us move furniture around to suit our needs. They didn't get in the way at all during the reception and were professional in their service. Their food is always top-notch. I wish they would have promoted their bar a bit more; I gather half the guests didn't even know it was there.

My wife and I was looking for a place to have our reception and we recommended by a friend to check this place out. The manager was really nice and the restaurant was not a bad fit. Our wedding didn't had a lot of guest so we couldn't take advantage of the bigger hall. We were given the smaller side. We were told by the manager than we can come the day before to set up and when we got there the other manager would not let us start setting up. We had to make a call to Tony and then we were able to set up. The dancing stage was a bit broken up and chipped. The food selection was fantastic and it was a lot of food that was served and great reviews back from the guest. During the reception random people were walking through the reception area to use the bathroom which I thought was not appropriate. Also, my DJ had problems with the outlets and music kept cutting off. Overall it's not a bad place but some changes and updates can make the experience better.
