Neilan Media did an amazing job capturing the most unbelievable moments from our wedding! Working with Alexis, Brent and Mae was truly the greatest experience!! My request was to film our wedding in the style of an episode of the office, and they did just that!! Alexis and Brent came in, got set up, followed us around all day, did interviews with people, and really really went the extra mile. There were six groomsmen and six bridesmaids, and they followed us through our bridal suites, which were a complete disaster with stuff everywhere, and didn't once hesitate to step over our messes to capture awesome moments. Mae was an absolute pro taking all the pictures! Working with my whole bridal party and large extended family to get all of the photos I was hoping for was no easy task and she got everyone in for photos so quickly and in the most organized fashion. When I started running behind, all three of them did not hesitate to help me decorate, help get my jewelry on, and keep me on schedule on. They truly went above and beyond to make it the least stressful, most perfect and special day. The sneak peeks of the photos are unbelievable I cannot wait to see all the finished products. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Neilan Media is! We hired them for our wedding photos and video and are so happy we did. In preparation for our special day we had a meeting with Mike and went over our wedding schedule and things we really would love to see captured. We were also given a pamphlet to document family members and any extra guests we really wanted to make sure we had a photo with, so we didn’t have to think track it day of.

The day we got married was a dream come true, and Neilan Media helped make an already great day even more pleasant. Their associates were punctual, kind, accommodating, and knew exactly what the plan was for the entire event. They gave suggestions, words of encouragement, and pivoted the schedule as needed to make sure our minds were at ease on the most important day of our life!

They even made sure to let us ENJOY the wedding, never ripping us away from the good time, and instead helping us sneak off at perfect times to ensure we didn’t miss our own party.

As for the photos and video themselves, absolutely stunning! The quality was incredible, and you can tell in both forms of media the crew was paying close attention to capture all the emotions and intimate moments between us and our loved ones. The editing was a perfect mix of sweet and romantic moments that perfectly translated from the day, but also a great representation of all the fun, laughter, and personality that proceeded into the reception. I can't say enough amazing things about this incredible team who helped me pull off the most unforgettable surprise proposal at Disney World! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure every moment was captured perfectly—and in total secrecy. The video crew flew all the way down to Disney World to discreetly hide in Epcot, waiting for the exact moment to film the proposal. It was like they were invisible, but somehow, every precious second was caught on camera!

The whole experience felt magical and completely stress-free. They gave me the confidence to focus on my soon-to-be fiancé, knowing the crew was handling everything behind the scenes. The footage they captured is beyond beautiful—I'm in awe of how perfectly they documented our special moment without us ever feeling watched.

My husband and I could not have had a better experience working with Neilan Media for our wedding! We interacted mostly with Mike during the planning process who was so great & organized, and then Alexis & Trent were our videographers day-of. Alexis & Trent were SO nice, attentive, and stayed in the background while still managing to capture all of the important moments. And then there were the videos - they are STUNNING. We got a highlights video, as well as a full-day recording of the ceremony, speeches & dances. The videos are truly amazing - we shared the highlights video with a bunch of friends and family and received SO many compliments of folks saying it was the best wedding video they'd ever seen. The highlights video fits the music perfectly - they even used voiceovers that perfectly fit with each scene. It's hard to explain it all in a review/via text, but just trust me - you will not be disappointed with the results if you choose to work with Neilan Media!
