I cannot recommend Neilan Media enough for capturing our wedding day. Our wedding videos are such a beautiful keepsake. My husband and I know we’ll treasure for years to come. We were truly blown away by the final results. They captured the entire day so thoughtfully, including all the little details that made it so special.
From the very beginning, the Neilan Media team was incredibly communicative and an absolute dream to work with. Mike Neilan (the owner) took so much time upfront to answer all of our questions and always made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. In the months leading up to the wedding, Alexis connected with me to walk through our timeline, vision, and details I wouldn’t have even thought to consider. Her guidance was invaluable and left me feeling fully reassured.
On the wedding day itself our videographers, Mike and Anthony were phenomenal. They were kind, calm, and made us feel completely at ease. They blended in so seamlessly that we often forgot they were even there, all while navigating a wedding of around 200 guests with total ease.
We are beyond happy that we chose Neilan Media. Their professionalism, talent, and attention to detail truly set them apart. They are worth every penny, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have had them capture such an important day in our lives!

Working with Alexis, Brent and Mae was truly the greatest experience!! My request was to film our wedding in the style of an episode of the office, and they did just that!! Alexis and Brent came in, got set up, followed us around all day, did interviews with people, and really really went the extra mile. There were six groomsmen and six bridesmaids, and they followed us through our bridal suites, which were a complete disaster with stuff everywhere, and didn't once hesitate to step over our messes to capture awesome moments. Mae was an absolute pro taking all the pictures! Working with my whole bridal party and large extended family to get all of the photos I was hoping for was no easy task and she got everyone in for photos so quickly and in the most organized fashion. When I started running behind, all three of them did not hesitate to help me decorate, help get my jewelry on, and keep me on schedule on. They truly went above and beyond to make it the least stressful, most perfect and special day. The sneak peeks of the photos are unbelievable I cannot wait to see all the finished products. Alexis at Neilan Media was phenomenal from start to finish! From the moment she arrived, she brought such vibrant, positive energy that instantly put us at ease and made the whole experience fun and effortless. She was everywhere she needed to be without ever feeling intrusive, and she captured every moment beautifully.
When we watched our final wedding video, we were blown away. The way she told our story, the details she noticed, and the emotion she preserved were absolutely perfect. We couldn’t be happier with the final product, and we’re so grateful we trusted her and Neilan Media with such an important part of our day.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Neilan Media is! We hired them for our wedding photos and video and are so happy we did. In preparation for our special day we had a meeting with Mike and went over our wedding schedule and things we really would love to see captured. We were also given a pamphlet to document family members and any extra guests we really wanted to make sure we had a photo with, so we didn’t have to think track it day of.
The day we got married was a dream come true, and Neilan Media helped make an already great day even more pleasant. Their associates were punctual, kind, accommodating, and knew exactly what the plan was for the entire event. They gave suggestions, words of encouragement, and pivoted the schedule as needed to make sure our minds were at ease on the most important day of our life!
They even made sure to let us ENJOY the wedding, never ripping us away from the good time, and instead helping us sneak off at perfect times to ensure we didn’t miss our own party.
As for the photos and video themselves, absolutely stunning! The quality was incredible, and you can tell in both forms of media the crew was paying close attention to capture all the emotions and intimate moments between us and our loved ones. The editing was a perfect mix of sweet and romantic moments that perfectly translated from the day, but also a great representation of all the fun, laughter, and personality that proceeded into the reception. We truly can’t stop watching the photos/video, and will cherish their hard work and product for the rest of our lives.
We 1000% recommend Neilan Media to anyone considering to hire them not just for their wedding, but any other personal or professional project you’d want to be captured with professionalism, detail, and quality results.

Alexis Sent on 12/10/2024A Truly Magical and Seamless Secret Proposal Experience!
I can't say enough amazing things about this incredible team who helped me pull off the most unforgettable surprise proposal at Disney World! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure every moment was captured perfectly—and in total secrecy. The video crew flew all the way down to Disney World to discreetly hide in Epcot, waiting for the exact moment to film the proposal. It was like they were invisible, but somehow, every precious second was caught on camera!
The whole experience felt magical and completely stress-free. They gave me the confidence to focus on my soon-to-be fiancé, knowing the crew was handling everything behind the scenes. The footage they captured is beyond beautiful—I'm in awe of how perfectly they documented our special moment without us ever feeling watched.

My husband and I could not have had a better experience working with Neilan Media for our wedding! We interacted mostly with Mike during the planning process who was so great & organized, and then Alexis & Trent were our videographers day-of. Alexis & Trent were SO nice, attentive, and stayed in the background while still managing to capture all of the important moments. And then there were the videos - they are STUNNING. We got a highlights video, as well as a full-day recording of the ceremony, speeches & dances. The videos are truly amazing - we shared the highlights video with a bunch of friends and family and received SO many compliments of folks saying it was the best wedding video they'd ever seen. The highlights video fits the music perfectly - they even used voiceovers that perfectly fit with each scene. It's hard to explain it all in a review/via text, but just trust me - you will not be disappointed with the results if you choose to work with Neilan Media! I would truly recommend them 100x over and could not be happier they were a part of our wedding day!!Neilan Media's reply:

We hired Neilan Media for videography services for our wedding at Harrington Farm in November 2023. We are SO happy we ultimately decided to have a wedding video; it captured the essence and emotion of our wedding day and we know we'll be watching it for years to come. Our videographers were so fun to work with. They seamlessly worked with our photography team and it was so awesome to watch them bounce ideas off each other. We barely knew the team was there and they really captured some beautiful moments of our day. We used Mike and his team as our wedding videographer and both of my siblings and several friends have used him since as well, after seeing how great our video was. Mike is super professional, responsive and accommodating. He and his team are so much fun to have around on your wedding day. They truly capture all of the special moments and make an amazing video out of them, with the editing, background music that they choose and sound clips. We got both the highlight video (7 minutes) and the full length video which is about an hour long. We love to rewatch these from time to time to relive our day. If you are looking for a videographer, we 100% recommend Mike and his team for your wedding!Neilan Media's reply:

The videographer and photographer YOU NEED!!!!
If you don’t think you need videography for your wedding, THINK AGAIN! Mike and the entire staff of Neilan Media are incredible. My husband and I cannot even begin to describe how priceless the video that Neilan Media shot of our wedding was to us. Due to the pandemic, we had to split our wedding ceremony and wedding reception into two separate dates and Neilan Media was right by our side through it all. Mike and his team created a jaw-dropping video of our wedding ceremony that we showed to our guests at our reception. The editing and care taken by Neilan Media to produce this video meant so much to us. Since we could not have all of our guests at our ceremony, this video was a peek into our wedding ceremony to our guests and they were commenting on it throughout the night. Mike and his team are seamless. We barely knew they were there filming and they were able to get incredible video of our reception. We are so honored to have been able to work with them and we will definitely be using Neilan Media for any future photography/videography needs!

We wanted a full video of just our ceremony, and they came through! It's incredible getting to watch all the details of our ceremony as often as we want. The video quality was amazing as well. Our biggest concern was sound quality, and wanting to make sure we could clearly hear everyone who spoke at our ceremony. The audio quality was so crisp and clear.
