Amazing!! A fellow bride who had just had her wedding before I had gotten engaged told me “I had to hire Natalie”…she said “Natalie was the one vendor from her wedding she wouldn’t change if she had a do over”! With that comment alone I called Natalie the same day and practically hired her over the phone from ONE PHONE CALL! We meshed immediately! Natalie is so personable and lovable!!
We met for coffee a few weeks after that and started planning immediately—from there she was my literal GO TO for all my wedding questions and for all the questions my mom had too—-my mom would say “we need to call Natalie about xyz” weekly!
I am very type A and I love love love to plan things myself—I don’t delegate well so I never imagined that I would hire a wedding planner BUT I AM SO HAPPY I DID! Natalie came in with plenty of experience and I never questioned my trust for her! She’s an expert in vendor selection, budgeting, tips on how to make the room look great, florals and centerpieces, etiquette regarding invitations and guest lists.
She really listened to me and always put MY wants and needs first! She came to meet my florist with me, she came to my tasting, she always took notes and really paid attention to detail! She was super speedy with getting back to any text message or phone call…never an issue getting in touch! She kept me on track when payments were due with vendors as well! She honestly made the entire process easier and I was able to enjoy months of wedding planning and especially my weekend because I knew Natalie and her assistants had everything covered! Literally…I woke up morning after my wedding and all my personal items we had provided day of the wedding were neatly placed back in my suite…all the gifts/checks were put in the safe in my suite as well. My hope was to not be bothered or worried all weekend and I didn’t want either set of parents to be bothered WITH ANYTHING either all weekend and she made all of those hopes possible!
My wedding weekend was sooooo smooth even when I was slightly stressed about having to move indoors because of the weather—I leaned on her to help me make the best decisions early on—-without her I would’ve fought with my mom for months about wedding planning and decision making!
So thankful for Natalie! All of her future brides should be super excited and thankful they get to work with such a bad ass boss babe wedding planner like Natalie!

Meeting and choosing Natalie was one of the best things we did for our wedding weekend. From the start, Natalie and I clicked and I knew the wedding we would plan together would be spectacular. Natalie always answered my crazy texts and calls, reassured me that all the little details would be taken care of and that my vision would be executed to the best of her teams ability. But none of that could have prepared me for the immense joy and admiration I had for Natalie and her team when I stepped into my wedding weekend fairy tale. Everything exceeded my expectations and then some. From the decor, to the music, to Natalie’s unbelievable team, no detail was missed.

We had many twists and turns due to the Florida weather and Natalie not only prepped the most unbelievable plan “B” but kept me relaxed and calm throughout the whole ordeal allowing me to truly be present and enjoy my wedding weekend.

Natalie’s expertise and relationships with vendors allowed for me, my husband and my mom to be at ease. From the pre-planning to our rehearsal dinner and the wedding not one detail was dropped or missed.

Beyond her amazing wedding planning knowledge, Natalie has a good heart and is an amazing person. She will stay on the phone with you if you’re feeling uneasy about a piece of your wedding puzzle, she will sit on the floor making sure your shoes are perfectly buckled and will make all your loved ones feel seen by her and her team as well. Even though she was my wedding planner, she truly felt like a friend and I could not recommend her enough!!

I wish I could give Natalie 10 stars!! She was an instrumental part of our wedding! We hired Natalie for her “day of” package, but she was much more than that. She not only started working with us 6 weeks prior to our wedding but made a special trip to Tampa 3 months before to have a face to face details meeting and that meant the world to us. We live in Tampa, FL but got married in Cincinnati, OH and Natalie made the stress of planning an out of state wedding super easy although she was in Miami. Her communication was amazing and always made me feel heard and appreciated as the bride but also gave me her honest professional opinion. The day of the wedding was a breeze and it is hands down because we had Natalie. Not once did I think about the venue set up, the schedule, or where and when people needed to be. My sisters and mom were pleasantly relieved when they did not have to stress or worry about those things either! Natalie brought our vision to life and helped us create the wedding of our dreams! We would absolutely recommend Natalie for your wedding planning no matter where you get married!
