We were referred to NCC by our talented wedding planners, Handy & Dallaire Events. We met with Mark and Eithne a couple of times for tastings in order to perfectly execute our dream of a Tuscan Italian Feast for our daughter's black tie wedding, serving 200 guests. We had a vision and they executed it stunningly. They were easy to work with and willing to go to the ends of the earth to make the dream happen. The high quality of food was beyond delicious and served warm, which I understand is their mantra, regardless of the number of guests. Their presentation was off the charts beautiful...We didn't feel like we were at a wedding, but rather in a fine restaurant. Our guests from around the world raved about the dining experience from start to finish. During the wedding I asked our server to please call Eithne over. She asked if everything was okay. I said, "Yes! I just want to hug her!!"

We were blown away by how incredible our catering turned out. Mark + Eithne are the real deal - they have exceptionally high standards for food presentation, quality, taste, and the professionalism of their staff. They are a pleasure to work with, incredibly accommodating, creative, and flexible. I can't tell you how many compliments we've received about the starters and main course served at our wedding -- tons of "best food ever" and "it wasn't just good by wedding standards, it was a truly fantastic meal" and then even "i can't even tell you how many of those tartare tacos I ate, but I'd eat them every day if I could." They are far and away the best catering company on the island. Just say yes.

Mark & Eithne are great. The food is to die for. For our wedding we had a North and South theme, as my husband is from SC and I'm from NJ. They did everything great! My dad still uses them today for all events he has. They are young and fun. Very organized. Amazingly trained staff. We love them!
