Wedding Dinner
HJ exceeded our expectations with our dinner for our wedding. We had a tasting with her first but I must say the day was actually better than the tasting, I don’t even know how that is possible. There were around 88 guests and she made us a pork tenderloin with a cherry compote, maple glazed carrots, and garlic mashed potatoes along with a green salad. Everything was delicious. We will definitely be hiring her again for any party or gathering we have.

Fantastic Catering Experience
I have been in the hospitality industry for 20+ years, primarily with high end restaurants and luxury resorts. This means I have higher than most catering expectations. HJ with My Daisy Catering was recommended to me via the local wedding and event industry. I was expecting to interview 2 or 3 caterers before making a decision on the caterer for my son and daughter in law’s wedding. Due to HJ’s responsiveness, professionalism, catering guidance including menu recommendations, I did not need to look further. From planning to execution the catered event was seamless, including EARLY arrival for a 10am ceremony, HJ and her staff DELIVERED! The presentation of the brunch buffet was delightful and stylish while the food items were all delicious. The team of bartenders/servers were gracious, attentive and helpful. I really can’t say enough about the process of working with My Daisy Catering and the end product she provided.

A pleasure to work with
Chef HJ from My Daisy provides top notch service and product. She has catered many successful events for us. She is collaborative and is great at implementing our ideas into the menu and presentation and she also brings her own great recommendations as well. I highly recommend!

Absolutely Fabulous!
My Daisy Catering has catered events for our church and most recently our daughter's wedding. HJ and her staff are wonderful to work with and they make your guests feel welcomed as well with their friendliness. But that's not the best part....the selection of food items My Daisy Catering has is top notch!! The ingredients, freshness, and quality of her menu is outstanding. HJ says it best...."I am a personal chef who happens to cater!" She is so right about that! Thank you, also, for the beautiful way you display your serving tables. Stunning!!

Delicious food, beautiful presentation, and reasonable prices!!
My Daisy Catering catered our wedding in July 2022, and we couldn’t be happier with how smoothly everything went. There were many options to choose from, and HJ made customizing our menu easy. We went with a taco bar equipped with all the fixin’s, and chips, salsa, and guac for cocktail hour. Not only was the food delicious, but the presentation was thoughtful and beautiful! HJ and her staff did a wonderful job arranging the food tables to match the aesthetic of the wedding. Going with the full-service package made the wedding day logistics simple and smooth.
