Extremely pleased with their professionalism, presentation and the way they and their staff provided their services and their flexibility in handling additional requests. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

While the food we ordered for our wedding was tasty (fajitas and trimmings), the staff set it up "buffet style" and allowed the first guests to the table to take any amount of food they wanted, even allowing them to have "seconds" before all of the guests had eaten. Then, they pulled me (the bride, on my wedding day) into the kitchen to report that they had run out of food because of my "greedy guests." When I questioned their serving practices, they became beligerant and defensive. I had guests who were important to me have to leave the reception before the main events (speeches, first dance, etc) because they were starving and all the food had been given away to the first arrivals at the reception hall. I was very disappointed in my service.
