Men's Warehouse was a joy to work with. We had to change our attire multiple times and they worked with us from beginning to end. We also had many guys come in from out of state and made pick up and drop off a piece of cake!

Our tuxes were beautiful and they were correct. That's about the only good things I can say about them. The online system that I could update did not accurately relect what was in thier system. The return times were extrememly inconvenient. The childrens' tuxes were apparently available to get at lower rates than the adult tuxes, but we were not given those prices. My groom was offered either a free rental or a free suit under $400 but the reimbursal times for the free suit were a week before the wedding and if you did not make it in during that week, there is NO flexibility and no options to either getting your free tux or free suit after the fact. Nope sorry, we don't care, nothing we can do, this is how we make our money.

This is the Men's Warehouse in Lakeforest Mall. I scheduled tux fittings for my then fiance and wedding party. When they got there, even though they had an appointment the people there said they didn't have one. Plus, the guy there seemed to have an attitude about him. One would think that with the current state of the economy people would be HAPPY to get business, not resent you for showing up in their store with an appointment (that they happened to mess up). Finally, they decided they didn't want to miss an opportunity to make some money, so they let them do their tux fittings. We were told we needed to schedule an additional fitting about a month before the wedding. We called and did so, only to find out later that the appointment was completely unnecessary (after gathering all of our wedding party together and having them go to MW, big inconvenience). When the tuxes finally came in, some of the bridal party members' pants didn't fit properly, but they fixed them. Also, the groomsmen received hankerchiefs that were the wrong color (had red ties/vests and ivory hankerchiefs). I don't understand how you mess up something so simple. Overall, it's clear that there are unfortunately not many options for tux rentals, and if we could do it again we definitely would have used a different vendor.
