I wasn't originally planning on having a videographer for our wedding, after talking to my friends I thought photos would be enough. But less than two weeks before the big day, I had a change of heart. Thankfully, our saint of a planner found us Michael. We had our first meeting just days before the wedding, and right away, Michael understood the exact vibe we were going for. On the morning of the wedding, he arrived with his assistant and instantly brought a sense of calm and confidence. It was reassuring to that see how seamlessly he worked alongside our photographer. To be honest, the wedding day was a total blur. But when my husband called to let me know, "our video is ready," we sat down together to watch it and I was in tears. Michael didn't just capture footage; he captured the emotions, the energy, and all the in-between moments that made it one of the happiest days of my life. Thank you, Michael, for documenting our day so beautifully and so meticulously. We'll cherish this video forever. MP Wedding Films and Michael Papilla did an amazing job capturing my daughter's wedding at the Newport Dunes Resort in Newport Beach. We first approached Mike in 2020 before being shut down by COVID. We were sold after our initial meeting and after reviewing some of his work. In the two year time frame it took for us to finally coordinate the wedding around the pandemic, he remained flexible around scheduling (granted we communicated with ample time). We love our feature and Trailer, he and his team did such a wonderful job capturing our wedding. The deliverables (Film and Trailer) were delivered before the deadline.

We booked Michael in 2019 for our 2020 wedding. We ended up postponing our wedding 2 times for the sake of everyone’s safety due to the size of our guest list being very large. Flash forward to 2022, we finally had our wedding. Thankful for Michael for being so patient all each time we postponed. On the day of, he arrived on time and immediately went to work. He is very professional and never seemed bothered by the craziness of the day as things were going on left and right. Every shot he took you can tell he had a vision in mind.
