I’m not even kidding when I say how great working with Mark is. First off, his prices were reasonable which is so important when you have so many things to pay for when planning a wedding. Second, we needed a fast preview video turnaround time - I'm talking 24 hrs because we were holding two different wedding receptions the same week…Mark delivered it as soon as we woke up from the first wedding date and made sure we got it even thought he had to hop on a flight that same morning. He is also very personable and it was so easy and comfortable to work with him. YWhen we received the video, we thought it was absolutely perfect and were so excited to share it with our loved ones. We also had another additional video request and Mark happily accommodated us. We loved working with him and highly recommend Mountain Fresh Films!

Mountain fresh films was our videographer of our wedding in May 2023, my family works in the wedding business so growing up I met a lot of videographers. So of course for my wedding I had to choose the best! And that’s why we chose Mountain fresh films. Mark put so much effort and time into our wedding video and it really showed in the videos we got back. He was able to capture so many moments that I wasn’t able to see myself.
Mark himself is One of the kindest people I’ve ever met, if you don’t book them as your videographer you’re definitely missing out.

Mark and his team were the absolute best videography team we could've found. We always enjoyed every conversation we had with Mark and truly felt heard and valued. The day of was just such as easy and fun experience. We opted to get an Instagram sneak peek of our day of video and were so blown away by the quality and the speed it was delivered to us. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding, and we are so happy that Mountain Fresh Films was able to film our special day. For the busy couples who need a TLDR: Mark provides attention to details, communicates well, is very kind and understanding, and will take his time to ensure that he understands your expectation for your special day.

Attention to details: This is totally unnecessary on his part, but he notified us a few days prior re: weather conditions up in the mountains and whether or not there will be road closures so that we (and our guests) can be prepared in case of any detours. You can tell that he really cares about his clients.

Communicates well: He made sure to schedule an introductory meeting with both me and my husband, PLUS a follow up meeting closer to the wedding to make sure that all the details are ironed out. We were able to reach out to him via email, phone, and text especially closer to the big day. And he was also prompt with his responses, and is generally very easy to talk to.

Kind and understanding: He worked with us in creating a package we really wanted. My husband was very particular in what he wanted captured, and Mark was kind enough to create an individualized package that was excellent and fair in pricing. We are so thankful for him, as budget is one of the more stressful areas in wedding planning!

Overall, don’t overthink it and hire Mountain Fresh Films for your big day. Mark has years of experience, and he will surely help you through one of your most special (and stressful) day.

Mark Cade, of Mountain Fresh Films, is awesome! He is a wonderful videographer and person overall! Working with him was both easy and stress-free. He is polite, patient, and professional from beginning to end. And he is PASSIONATE about what he does. The second shooter he hired for our wedding was also very polite, patient, and professional! By the quality of staff he hires, this just showed us how much Mark values good work and serving his clients with the best. He is exactly what a bride and groom needs on their special day. My husband and I are SO lucky we found Mark and we have absolutely NO regrets. Go with Mark and you will NOT be disappointed. Detailed review for those that want to know a little more:
Contacting and communicating with Mark was very easy! He responded to my emails pretty much immediately and never kept us waiting. He always let us know if he was going to be away at any time and couldn’t respond right away. Even with that, he responded quickly. What we loved about him was his very clear communication. I am a planner and I like to ask a lot of questions to make sure I get every detail. From my first email inquiring of his services to the day before the wedding, I was asking him questions and he was responding to them all. Never did he ever make me feel like I was being a bother and that I should just stop asking him questions. He is welcoming of any questions you have and will answer all of them patiently and kindly in a timely manner.

On the wedding day, he and his second shooter were on-time, professional, and they never got in the way of our family or guests. They blended in the background and on the sides while taking video as to not interrupt conversations or the ceremony. He never asked anyone to pose or fake something for the camera. He is all about capturing the real and organic stuff, which we like. He was polite to our family and guests. To this day, our families talk about how polite and nice Mark is.

Because COVID was still lingering and vaccines were still pretty new at the time, we asked if he could wear his mask for the entire wedding. Without hesitation, he said yes. On the wedding day, both he and his second shooter wore masks for us the entire time. We really appreciated that because asking others to wear a mask can be quite difficult as a lot of people are opposed to it. This just shows that Mark really is all about making the couple feel comfortable and that he would do anything needed to not add further stress to the couple’s special day. Don’t be afraid to ask him for what you need or share your concerns. He is seriously such a wonderful and caring person. He not only was our videographer, but he was also a supportive friend.

From our experience with Mark, we learned that he LOVES what he does. He loves videography and capturing the beautiful moments in weddings (or in any event). With that combination, he is able to produce FANTASTIC work. And it showed in our video. Normally, I would try to find samples of what other couples do and request for similar things that I’ve seen others do. However, I didn’t do that with Mark. Through talking with Mark, I felt that I didn’t need to “direct” him and tell him what he should do to capture my husband and I in the most real way. I felt that I could just let him do his work his way without worrying that he would miss something. And my feeling was right. When we watched the video for the first time, we were so impressed!!! When we watched it, we didn’t feel like he exaggerated what we or the day looked like. He kept it as real as the day was and he captured moments that we could watch for the rest of our lives. I have a hard time seeing myself on camera or in pictures without cringing. But there was no cringing when we watched the final video. There were a lot of tears and smiles, but no cringing. Don’t know how he does it. BUT HE DID.

Working with Mark and his team was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, he took my ideas and thoughts and helped capture them beautifully to bring our wedding video to life. Working with someone who lets you have some creative input was a dream. He captured moments from our day that I would of not seen otherwise and brought me to tears. Working through a pandemic was tough enough but I am so appreciative of his kindness and patience and willingness to do all he could to help us through all the changes we had to deal with because of covid. My wife Stephanie had her eyes set on Lake Arrowhead for our wedding and we were referred to Mark Cade from the venue. When I first contacted him he was working in Australia. Despite the time difference we had no problem communicating and he was very professional throughout the entire process. We negotiated a very fair price for his services and he showed up early with his team and left late on our big day. Mark Cade with Mountain Fresh Films was the videographer during our wedding on July 24, 2020. Due to Covid, we had to downsize our wedding from 200 to 20 people, so we decided (pretty last minute!) that we wanted the ceremony recorded for all our guests we couldn't have in person.

Even though we reached out just a few weeks before the wedding, Mark was incredibly accommodating! He scheduled two calls for us in advance so that we would know all the details for the day of the wedding. When we met him in person, he was very kind and congratulatory. He interacted well with my mom and our families as well. He made us feel special and overall so happy that we went with him!!

The video itself was incredibly well done, and btw he worked super hard!!! He emailed us at 4 AM after the wedding saying that he just finished the editing for our "rough cut", and by 6 AM he sent us the link with the video! We requested a quick turn around time with little editing so that our family could watch it closer to the wedding time, and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Literally we could not be be happier.

Personally, such a kind person. Professionally, he was hard-working, cordial, and overall incredible! Everything you could ask for in a wedding vendor!!

I am so happy I hired as my wedding videographer. As everyone knows planning a wedding is expensive and everything adds up. However, skipping on a wedding video is NOT the way to go. The day goes by so quickly and there’s so much going on it’s easy to miss things. Having the video is so helpful to see all little moments of the day. It wasn’t until watching the video I really heard the toasts that we’re given at my wedding and truly special they were. Mark did such a great job on the video. I seriously do not have any complains. Again, so happy I hired Mark, he is the best!!
