Chef Sia owns Moulin Rouge Caterers, and he is AMAZING! He really took the time to discuss exactly what I wanted and how we could get that with my budget (which wasn't huge). I cannot say enough: The food was AMAZING! Chef Sia was so nice and accomodating of all my weird relatives. The food was INCREDIBLE! Haha! Seriously though, I recommend Moulin Rouge Caterers to anyone who like food that tastes fresh and delicious and isn't your typical frozen catered stuff. They are great!
