Bill and his team went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. The food was beautiful and most importantly, delicious! The team worked to make sure no one was ever without food! We were told by guests that our food was some of the best food they’d ever had at a wedding. Not to mention, will covid and a rescheduled wedding, Bill made us feel secure and was so responsive the entire engagement. We appreciate everything and would absolutely book again!

Bill Pritchard and his staff catered our daughter's wedding on July 31. Bill is a wonderful professional, as is his staff. There were some complications at the venue, which he and his staff handled graciously and flexibly. People are still raving over the food, it was delicious. This is a solid company, they know what they are doing, and excel in every way.

We specifically used Mosaic Catering as the owner, Bill Pritchard, is my now husband's uncle. But more importantly we went with him as we know how great his food is, and what a professional caterer he is. He did not disappoint! He went above and beyond at making our dreams for a Taco Bar come true. All his wait staff was amazing and they helped clean up and wash dishes that didn't even belong to them! It was wonderful. The only sad part was the food was so good, there was none left for seconds!

Bill and team did an amazing job catering and serving alcohol at our snohomish wedding. I looked for months to find a caterer who was reasonably priced and would serve delicious fresh food, after becoming quite frustrated my fiancé and I decided to up our budget and go with Mosaic. My fiancé said it was one of our best decisions. Bill was 100% hassle free to work with, delivered absolutely delicious food (compliments galore from guests) and presented the food beautifully. I highly recommend! (The Pacific Northwest menu is what we opted for).
