Susan was amazing to work with! We shared a picture of what we wanted our cake/cupcakes to look like. She made that picture into a reality. Our cake and cupcakes were amazing. The flavors were delicious! We had a marble cake. Our cupcakes were: cookies and cream, red velvet, and cannoli. Thank you Susan and Moreno bakery for the delicious cake and cupcakes!

We have lived in Brandon Fl for five years and have always loved Moreno's cooked foods and they have been a go-to for desserts for special occasions. So it was an immediate choice for us to use them for our wedding at Casa Lantana. From setting up a meeting with Susan Moreno the owner herself to meet with us to go over our desired look and the tasting to the day of with the delivery, they were amazing. We decided to have a small cake just to cut for pictures and then have cupcakes surrounding it. We went with carrot cake for the cutting cake and the cupcake flavors were dulce de leche, a chocolate mudslide, and our absolute favorite guava cheesecake. They were a big hit and just so delicious! I appreciated the attention to detail Susan took into consideration asking us about our cake topper, the set up, the colors, the flowers, the table, and cupcake liners to make sure the whole dessert table was what we envisioned and it really was. Wedding or not Moreno's is our go to bakery and their hot food is amazing too!

Just be sure to tell them not to cover your cake topper in the front if it says your name. I appreciate them delivering my cake early but someone covered our topper with roses in the front instead of the back. Still a delicious cake and we enjoyed it.

Susan and her team have this magical power to create the most beautiful wedding cake AND make it irresistibly delicious! I learned about Moreno Bakery through my friend's wedding; the second I tasted her wedding cake, I HAD to know who made it for her! Moreno Bakery was the first vendor my husband and I booked when we started planning our wedding; there is no competition! They are the best! Just go in and taste one of their cupcakes! You'll melt on the spot :)

A. Maz. Ing. We got a small cake to cut with about 7 dozen cupcakes for our cupcake tower, and everything was incredible. We had four flavors, and they were all delicious and beautiful. Our cake was all buttercream rosettes, hombre peach to ivory, and our cupcakes were decorated with different buttercream roses, chrysanthemums, and pansies in ivory, peach, and burgundy. They were so beautiful. Honestly, we meant to save the remainder of our cake to eat on our anniversary, but it didn't even last a month when we got it home, haha! We decided we'll just have to go to Moreno's and get another cake then. Oh no... ;)
The service was great, Susan was always quick getting back to us and was nothing but friendly, flexible, and helpful. Btw, the rest of the food at Moreno is great, too... my mom and I went the week of my wedding and got lunch there, and it was delicious.
PS: I found Moreno through my brother and his wife, who had a wedding cake made by them two years ago, and their cake was also amazing!

Susan was easy to work with and helped create a beautiful rustic style cake for our wedding. We were on a tight budget but she made sure that I had what I wanted. The cake was delicious and was as expected on the wedding day.

I go to Moreno's all the time so their was no question about ordering our desserts from them as well for our wedding. I did have a day-of-coordinator therefore I didn't deal with them directly on my wedding day. However, the ordering and follow-up communication was very smooth. Nothing was out of place at all. When I showed up it was picture perfect. We had one two tiered cake (8" bottom and 6" top), a four fruit pie, a key lime pie, the strawberry shortcake cake, carrot cake and guava turnovers. I did provide the cake stands but they did a great job along with my coordinator in setting up. The best part though is that it was all very delicious, just as I expected it to be.

My Wedding cake was DELicious!!!! We had a three layer cake and a full sheet of Almond Amaretto cake! All of our guests loved it and it's the best bakery in all of Tampa Bay!! 5 stars is not enough to say how tasty and yummy the cake was. Susan did a superb job with everything.
