I live in Oregon and after going to several bridal shops in my hometown and having unbelievably frustrating and pushy experiences with salespeople, I decided to try shopping in L.A. Monique Lhuillier was the first place I went to, and it was like night and day. They were BEYOND warm, welcoming, and supportive. I worked with Kirsten there and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping me. She gave me amazing advice and guidance and she picked the dress that I ended up going with, which she knew I would love just from our short amount of time working together. She even called me when I was having trouble with my alterations up in Portland to help me describe perfectly how to let the tailor know what to do. There was even a store locally that sold Monique and I wouldn't need to ship the dress, but I refused to use them because Kirsten was beyond amazing and I only wanted to work with her. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Monique Lhuillier to anyone looking for an amazing dress and dress shopping experience. My dress was beautiful, comfortable for lots of dancing, and I couldn't imagine getting married in any other dress. And Kirsten is amazing, and I think Monique is very lucky to have her!! If I could give quality of service more than 5 stars, I would!

After searching at a handful of LA bridal salons, I found my DREAM dress at Monique Lhuillier! I knew it was the one when I couldn't stop thinking about it, and then danced around my house when my parents told me to go for it. :) Yes, it was pricier than I had intended to spend, and I did try to find something less expensive at other bridal salons, but there was just no comparison. The quality at Monique Lhuillier is off the charts, from the gorgeous fabrics and laces, to the flattering cuts and comfort of the dresses.

My maid of honor found her dress here as well, and we both loved working with Hannah, who helped us find our perfect gowns, and Effie, who was the sweetest and most excellent tailor. After a number of fittings, both of our dresses turned out absolutely perfect and looked truly MADE for us. I only wish I could wear mine again! :)

I found my dream dress in the Monique Lhuillier Fall 2015 collection - absolutely knew it was the perfect dress for me. Unfortunately, that dress was not traveling anywhere near Seattle. But after talking with people at the LA store, I was convinced to order the dress - and I couldn't be happier with it. They made it easy, even recommended an amazing alterations person here in Seattle for me. I had my dream dress - couldn't be happier. (The dress is called "Zelda").

Together, Sharon and Wendy (ML's in-house seamstress) made my wedding dress purchase and fitting process an absolute dream come true! I honestly miss my drive from Orange County up to LA for my bi-monthly fittings. Superb customer service, handiwork and overall friendliness!

PURCHASED MY DREAM WEDDING GOWN AT MONIQUE LHUILLIER!!!! My gown is absolutely gorgeous and it is everything I wanted in a gown, plus it's an exclusive gown only to her LA flagship salon! I LOVE MY GOWN SOOOO MUCH!!!! It came with a very hefty price tag, but it's SOOOO WORTH IT!!! My entire experience at ML was wonderful. The salon is tucked away in the beautiful neighborhood on Melrose Place and the salon is absoultely stunning. I worked with the assistant manager megan and she is by far the sweetest and friendliest bridal consultant I could ever ask for. She made me feel so welcomed every time I made my visit to the salon and always made me feel comfortable. I was at first intimidated when I first stepped into the salon, but megan made me feel so right at home. i had about 6 bridal fittings with my gown and worked with the BEST alterations specialist in the salon, Wendy!!! She is AWESOME!!! She is SO meticulous and will NOT settle for anything less than perfect, and indeed my gown was perfect on my wedding day! Wendy is patient and a perfectionist, two important things to look for in your alterations specialist! I had a wonderful experience at this salon and I hope every bride will find her dream dress here! I highly recommend any bride to find her dream gown at ML! thanks so much to everyone at ML!!!

I love love love Monique Lhuillier! I went to four places, including Monique, when searching for my dress and their salon is by far the most beautiful, clean, and the greatest service (at Saks, my consultant just acted irritated the entire day). When I went to Monique for the first time, I knew I found my dress, but I still wanted to sleep on it. At no point did I receive any pressure to purchase it then - didn't matter anyway because I was back the next day! I was also able to modify certain parts of the dress so it really became my dream dress.

When my dress came in, I was estatic and when I put it on, I could not stop smiling! The dress was gorgeous. There's just something so soft and beautiful about Monique's dresses.

My fittings went well and they actually charged me half of what the flat rate is because I didn't need that much done, which I appreciate. I scheduled a day to pick up my dress, and it was ready when I needed it. They also gave me recommendations on places to preserve my dress, which was nice b/c I would have no idea where to go. I really had a wonderful experience with Monique Lhuillier.

Perfect dress, what else can I say? She is famous for a reason. My dress was a sweetheart neck with a long train, made mostly of lace. It was so beautiful I want to wear it on my anniversary each year from now on!

I love my dress!!! I got it at the semi-annual sample sale and definitely recommend you go if you are looking for a great bargain!!! I still can't believe I got to wear a Monique Lhuillier for my wedding!!! The dress was beautiful!!!

Monique Lhuillier is the quintessential wedding dress designer. I tried on a number of designer gowns and though I thought they were beautiful, I always came back to her and the amazing hand-made lace she uses. My ML dress made me feel like the most beautiful bride in the world. If you can afford it, then definitely try one on and fall in love.
