Everything about our wedding cake from Monica—the taste, the look, the price—was perfect!

We came to Monica’s shop a day after having a tasting at a bigger, more commercial bakery the day before, and it was instantly clear that going with Monica was the choice for us. Each of the three flavor samples she prepared for us was so delicious, so the only tough decision was picking between her flavors!

We had a vision for the type of design we wanted, so we provided Monica with some reference images and requested a few minor tweaks. Monica dropped the cake off with our caterer on the day of the wedding, so we didn’t see it until it was time to cut into it on the night of our reception, and we were soooo happy with how it turned out – our vision come to life! And our guests were raving about how good it tasted – even those who usually don’t love wedding cake!

We saved half of our cutting cake (wrapped up in the freezer) and we can’t wait to taste it once again on our anniversary!

Monica makes the BEST cakes! She has so many flavor options that are customizable and everything is delicious. Guests loved our cake! She was flexible, communicated well, is fairly priced. She also gave us an extra little container of icing for a family member who loves icing since we got a nearly naked cake. Definitely recommend her for your dessert needs!

Monica is amazing to work with! She has a lot of great flavor options. We got to test out three cupcake flavors. We ended up going with lavender vanilla, cookies n cream, and smores. THEY WERE A HIT! Our friends and family are still talking about how delicious they were. And we got a complementary 6in cutting cake. Her services were affordable and exceeded expectations. We bought a small cutting cake and many mini desserts from Monica for our wedding. The desserts were all incredible!!! Monica is also very easy and pleasant to work with, and her desserts are reasonably priced, especially for the amazing quality.

We used monica for are wedding 120 cupcakes. We picked four flowers and are guest loved them all.

Monica’s creations were a highlight at our wedding! She created a beautiful & delicious collection for our tasting when we weren’t quite sure what direction we wanted to take our dessert options- solely cake, cookies, or dessert table. Right away, the lavender vanilla cake with lemon cream cheese frosting was the winner!

Drafting our order was so easy with Monica. She provided multiple options to satisfy our guest count and was willing to talk through how to accomplish various possibilities of decoration based on online photos. Monica was so forthcoming to respond to all of our questions! We finalized, but then started debating a change as we approached our final change/ payment date due to the number of our guests that shared dietary restrictions when rsvp-ing for the wedding.

Monica was awesome in her willingness to experiment in the kitchen to come up with gluten free AND dairy free cookie flavors. She came up with some delicious options and allowed us to amend our order to best suit the needs for our wedding. On the day of the wedding, we blinked and the cookies were GONE to happy guests while the caterers could hardly cut the cake fast enough for the guests clamoring to try it. We can’t wait to have another taste of the lavender vanilla cake on our first anniversary!

We used Monica for a wedding, and she was absolutely wonderful! Our cake was beautiful and she was super easy and great to work with. She also made us a huge dessert table, and everyone has been telling me they were the best cupcakes they’ve ever had. Definitely recommend her for any event!
