Our wedding venue, The Emerald Theater is a challenging venue to shot with no natural lighting and she absolutely exceeded our expectations. Her kindness and experience brought a much needed sense of calm to our bridal party while still keeping it fun and exciting. Alyssa is an amazing photographer! I love that she coaches you through the pictures, she makes sure you are posed nicely, your clothes/hair aren't all crazy, and your double chin isn't showing! She captured our engagement photos, as well as our wedding reception, and made sure we were comfortable and laughing throughout each session. Alyssa came highly recommended and didn't disappoint!

I don't even know where to begin... Miss Lyss Photography was professional, friendly, wonderful, and everything in between! We hired Alyssa, along with an additional photographer and videographer, for our wedding on January 25, 2020. We experienced a big surprise when we found out our venue closed, but Alyssa immediately reached out and helped us through the process of finding a venue all over again; sending us links and photos of venues she had visited before. I always had this small worry in the back of my mind that I wouldn't like the photos because I am a perfectionist and I can be very critical of myself, BUT I can't say one bad thing about my photos - the lighting, the poses, the angles: everything made us look our very best. She knows how to make you feel and look beautiful. I am, and will always be, SO happy that I chose Miss Lyss Photography to capture our special day.

We hired Alyssa for our wedding and could not be happier with the photos and overall experience! Our wedding package included a one hour engagement shoot session, which was a blast! Alyssa was not only one of the most fun and up beat people but an amazing Photographer. I loved working with her for our wedding and engagement shoot. She had the best ideas and created some of the coolest moments of our wedding. I mean come on who else comes up with the idea for a taco bell picnic and a light saber entrance, Pure Genius!
