Friendly, Easy to Contact, Adaptable

Working with Mirepoix was incredibly quick, easy, and affordable. I had my # of guests change a few times and Mirepoix always responded promptly and appropriately, no matter what. They brought everything you could think of to make the table look truly special too--I didn't even have to ask! The beer was pre-chilled, the bartender was fabulous and even had a system down to ensure the "bar rush" at the beginning of any event would have as little impact on the guest experience as possible. They stayed late for the guests' comfort and Chef ensured everything that came from the kitchen was top notch. Thank you, Mirepoix!

Racheal & her team are AMAZING! Working with Racheal was easy and she was extremely flexible when I needed to make some changes. I highly recommend Mirepoix for catering and events. Can't wait to work with them in the future.
