I cannot say enough wonderful comments about Miranda’s Catering. They are very detailed, organized and treated me like family. Mr. and Mrs. Miranda helped make my baby shower a wonderful and memorable event. They thought about every detail with planning, setting up, presentation, and clean up. They arrived early, set up, cleaned up, and helped manage everything throughout the entire event, which went from early afternoon till almost 11pm/midnight. The food was displayed beautifully. We received so many great comments from our guests about the presentation and how delicious all the food was. I highly recommend Miranda’s Catering and would definitely hire the company again.

We had an excellent experience with Miranda's Catering. The quality of their food and their professionalism is outstanding, and their prices are affordable.

They catered our wedding with 100+ guests (American, International and Latin) and we customized our menus for Peruvian food. Customization was a bit difficult as the vendor was initially not very flexible and communication was challenging at first. After some back and forth, this improved a lot and we were able to tailor the menu. This was the only minor setback we had with this vendor. Everything else was excellent, and somethings even went far beyond expectations.

Additional remarks:
- They always showed up right on time, both for our visit to get acquainted with the venue as well as on the day of the event.
- They had us over as their home for food tasting. That was very nice of them and showed hospitality as well as their excellent Peruvian cuisine.
- Likewise, the quality of the food on the day of the wedding was excellent. We served Peruvian Causa and Ceviche (as hors d'oeuvre) and Seco and Aji de Gallina as entrees.
- During the cocktail hour they served great Peruvian style Pisco Sour.
- They provided a very professional service during the day of the event. This contrasted with not so great experience we had with other services we hired for our wedding day (unrelated to Miranda’s Catering). They worked perfectly well as a team, and we were very impressed by the highly professional service they provided.
- Finally, their Peruvian Anticuchos (shish kebabs) were 'off the charts'. Unfortunately we didn't have a chance of trying them during the tasting. We added them in the menu anyway, and they were absolutely delicious!

All in all, we had excellent Peruvian food served at our wedding at an affordable price and outstanding professional service on the day of the event. We would definitely recommend Miranda's Catering for catering your event.
