We couldn’t have been happier with our wedding cakes from Mindy’s Bakeshop! Mindy created a stunning, custom vintage-style heart-shaped cake for us (the bride and groom) in a delicious white chocolate raspberry flavor. For our guests she baked two supplementary round cakes, one was white chocolate raspberry and the other was black and white to cut and serve. Everything was absolutely perfect!

The entire experience with Mindy was seamless. She was so kind and responsive, helping us determine the right quantity for our guest count and guiding us through the process. The tasting box was such a treat—beautifully presented, easy to pick up, and filled with incredible samples that made choosing flavors both fun and difficult because everything was so good!

On our wedding day, delivery to our venue was smooth and stress-free. All three cakes were stunning and tasted just as amazing as they looked. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about them!

Had the pleasure of working with Mindy’s to create a classic European Swiss buttercream two tier cake for my son’s rehearsal dinner. Outstanding professionalism, artistic ability and supremely delicious cake. Being out of town I felt comfortable going with Mindy’s bakery simple on her descriptions and I am so glad I did. Mindy and Ken were a joy to work with and did an incredible job on cupcakes for our wedding reception. I’ve followed Mindy’s Bakeshop on Instagram for years and knew that was who I wanted to go with for our wedding; we didn’t even consider another baker. We ordered eleven dozen cupcakes—half Mexican vanilla with confetti and sprinkles, half chocolate hazelnut—and they were so delicious we didn’t have any left over! We also ordered a dozen gluten-free Mexican vanilla for a handful of our celiac/gluten-free friends and they raved about them. Mindy and Ken are delightful and such a talented pair. I recommend them for any special occasion (and also for, like, a regular Tuesday—treat yourself!).

Mindy was great to work with from start to finish. Mindy and Ken provided take home tasting boxes that were easy to coordinate and she gave great advice, leading to a gorgeous cake design that truly shows she is a master at her craft. Their flavors are rich, luxurious, and consistently delicious despite the variety. Her cake decoration was simple yet romantic and skillful with detailed touches that made it pop. On the wedding day, the team delivered the cake to our venue without a problem! We went with a two tier design and sheet cakes to accompany for our guests which really gave us a premium experience with a budget friendly price. With the quality of their work, you would think this team was a full staffed bakeshop, not a home baker husband and wife. Cannot wait to enjoy this cake again on our anniversary!

I first met Mindy at a cookie decorating class and I'm hooked! Mindy is wonderful to work with, and everything we've had is absolutely delicious. It was a no-brainer that we'd get our wedding cake from Mindy's Bakeshop and I'm so glad we did! Mindy was a true joy to work with through the entire process! She was extremely open to accommodating my food allergies and had such fun innovative flavors to pick from.
