I can barely find the words to express how deeply I recommend Mindy Joy Photography. We had the privilege of having Mindy capture the best day of our lives, our wedding. Prior to the wedding, many previous brides were so quick to give their biggest words of advice-- "Enjoy it, it goes by too fast". They were right. The day absolutely flew. In less than two weeks (12 days, to be exact), Mindy delivered our entire wedding gallery to our email. Every single picture is perfect. They're unstaged, completely beautiful, and showcase our raw emotion. As most brides do, I poured my soul into the details of our day, ensuring each variable was totally and completely "us". Now, I have Mindy's gorgeous work to help me relive the perfect day, over and over again. Mindy is so fun, makes you completely comfortable, and has such unbelievable skill in capturing beautiful candid photos. She even held my hand and helped me through an emotional part of the day.

I don't know words positive enough to describe how truly incredible Mindy is. Mindy is the single best decision we made for our wedding, and the one vendor that I will recommend with 100% faith to every single engaged person I know.

I cannot speak more highly of Mindy's work, her attention to detail, and the experience she provides on a wedding day. We worked with Mindy for two engagement sessions and our wedding day. And each time, Mindy delivered photos that made us laugh, cry, gasp with excitement, and squeal with joy. Mindy's creative, artistic approach is truly unmatched and provides her clients with timeless art pieces that will be cherished for generations to come. Plus, she captures candid moments that give you a real time capsule of your day as it unfolded. Not only does she have a creative eye for details, artistic shots, small moments, and candids, but she will also provide beautiful portraits that are a true, genuine representation of your day and your relationship.

Mindy takes the time to get to know her couples' personalities in a way that allows them to shine in photographs. My husband and I have so many photos that are so perfectly "us" that another photographer would not have captured. Mindy is so invested in the day - she even teared up during my first look with my dad - and makes your wedding experience feel even more special. Every member of our bridal party and family has separately told me how much they loved meeting Mindy and how fantastic she was to work with all day. She had us all relaxed an comfortable in front of the camera in a way I have never experienced when I've been in other weddings. Taking photos felt less like a formality and more like a fun thing we all got to experience together. We felt that way after our engagement photos as well - not as if we had just done a photoshoot, but as if we just had a fun date where we laughed and enjoyed ourselves.

And not to mention that she provided us with sneak previews THE NEXT MORNING and our full wedding album in record time! I cannot recommend Mindy enough. I'd give 1,000 out of 5 stars if I could.

From the moment we met Mindy, we knew we were in great hands. She was timely and super communicative throughout the entire process and I knew we could count on her. She has a great personality that allows those she is photographing to relax and be more natural in photos. She also got our pictures back to us in record time! :). She was willing to make small photo edits for myself (turns out I’m a picky bride when it comes to pictures of me 🤦🏻‍♀️) and a few of my family members with zero complaints.
